Our 2 Nos. Parcel is been booked on 26.03.15 Doc. No-:[protected], one of the parcel is been misplaced & we have received only one parcel while Gati has charge 100% freight promising either we will send your parcel or compensate but after receiving there is no response from Gati office. Kindly after this matter seriously, we are in urgent need for our 2nd parcel. Very poor response & pathetic kind of service, we will never use again service. Please advice.
