[Resolved] Gati Packers And Movers — damage cost

I have used services of gati packers and movers in shifting my stuff from noida to bangalore. First of all they committed delivery within 7 days max but actually delivery was done after 12 days that too after lot of follow ups. They provide service o[censored]npacking also however nobody came to do unpacking. We only did it even after paying them a hefty amount. I have paid 3000 rs as insurance premium amount so that i can get the damages compensated but these guys didn't provide a single penny in return of the damages and theft made.
