[Resolved]  Gauhati University — Money has been deducted twice but refund not received

I have applied for original pass certificate, payment was done through my gpay account(payment was processed and complete). But the details in my profile said not paid, i went to the office for the receipt but they said, i should do another payment because the previous one was not received. Since I need my certificate urgently i did another payment and i got the receipt this time but i want my previous money refunded i have provided the proof of money deduction, they promised to refund too but haven't received it yet. Please help i want the refund for the amount deducted on date March 3, 2023. Pictures are provided below.
