[Resolved]  Gauhati University — Money was deducted and refund not received

Hello sir, I have applied for original pass certificate, payment was made by gpay on March 3, 2023 of Rs830 but i didn't receive receipt, i waited for a day but still didnot receive it(receipt), so I went to university to ask for the receipt but they said money has not been received by them, that's why I need to pay again and the money deducted before will be refunded. Since I need my certificate urgently so i paid the certificate fees of Rs 830 again on March 6, 2023. And this time i got my receipt. But the money deducted before has not been refunded yet. Please sir i want my money deducted on March 3 to be refunded. I have attached the screenshot of payment
