My name is Abu Zayed Hoque, S/O Azizul Hoque, and my mother's name is Julekha Begum.
I am a student of Abhayapuri Collage, Abhayapuri studying in B.Sc 1st semester, Chemistry (Honours).I have filled my university registration form and 1st semister exam from but unfortunately I made a great mistake in my father's name and in my mother's name also.
So, I request you to please kindly check my H.S registration card and correct my Father's name and my mother's name also in my university registration card and 1st semester admit card. And send me my correct registration card and 1st semester admit card.
It would be very thankful for me sir.
