sir i am a student o[censored]ptu college rkgit in ghaziabad, i am of mechanical branch in 6th semester. recently the results were out and uptu gave me 59% and a back in TOM subject, though i intend to have got more than 75%. peole around say the sheets were lost so uptu gave random marks to all the students, but this time i did seriously a very hardwork to get marks. but they didnt. even some of my Friends who intend to fail in 3-4subjects and get 40s percentage have been clear passed. they didn't checkd the sheets, i can bet they havnt checked mine. daily i call the given numbers daily but they don't receive and not also reply to my mails. roll no. Dear Sir, I am Student of M.tech in Radha Govind Engineering College, Meerut. before 3, 4 days my 2nd semester result is declared and i got 2 carry over in 2nd semester, and i had 1 carry over back in first semester, please sir i want to know about that i will promote for third semester or not i am very confused on it, i am not getting correct information on it. my all college faculty does not have any information about it.the same situation happened with last year batch student then university passed the ordinance to promote in third semester exam, please promote us to in third semester exam. and clear all the confusion, because this is not our fault this is only university fault, because university has a provision to conduct the carry over exam before the next semester but it prevent due to late session or result. Please provide me information on it ASAP. other wise i will take action on university as well as on my college.

Sir My name is Alok Singh, Student of GNIOT, Gr. Noida, ID No. 8134, Roll No. [protected]. I had taken admission in 4 year B.Tech course in year 2008 but due to having 2 year back in 2nd year i completed my 2nd in[protected] and my B.Tech in 2014. I have collected my mark sheet of 1st, 3rd and 4th year from my college but the problem is that they are not giving me 2nd year mark sheet and upon inquiry they are giving the reason o[censored]niversity delay. Sir i just want to know that why is this delay happening? Is this because o[censored]niversity or college authorities? Please help me out and resolve my problem. I would be highly obliged

Batch- 2010-13 Sir, I had submitted written application regarding refund of security money, on 8th of December 2014, which college had took from us at the time of admission. Also, I had completed all the formalities/ norms prescribed by them in order to complete the procedure. At that time, accounts department said via verbal communication to come on 8th of January to collect the DD of said amount but they didn't kept their committment. Due to busy schedule and involvement in job my father, who resides 250 km away from home went to collect the amount on 12th of Feb, 2015 and they said their is shortage of fund. Please, take a suitable against this as its not just problem of mine or one single student.

Sir i have passsed my b.Pharma in 2012 from krishna institute of enginneering and technology, ghaziabad collage code (199), but i have not received my college degree yet, i tried many time to my college as well as uptu (Gbtu) head office, sitapur road, lucknow but i found nothing they did not give me any information regarding delaying my degree. Since 2012 i have preparing for government job

Sir:- I am Kamal Kumar UPSEE 2014 Roll Number-4010939 allotted a seat in UPSEE-2014 through counselling in b.tech for the academic session 2014-15 in ABES College, Ghaziabad and confirmed the seat by depositing sum of Rs. 15000/- but due to some reason I have not taken admission in ABES. On asking for refund of seat confirmation fees, UPTU official told that it is not refundable but according to UGC rule 2007 seat confirmation fees is refundable. because the JEE is being return the same. Please do the needful for refund of fees...

Sir, My name is swati srivastava . I have completed my B.Tech in 2012 from allahabad institute of engineering and technology . At the time of addmission my college staff has promised to provide placement facility and told to organise campus placement for all students in college . But they havn't done anything according to their promise. They have not called any good company for our placment and we can't do anything against them because they are very powerful persons. On 9th january 2015 I heard about the " Open campus placement " opportunity for UPTU students who will pass in 2015 . Sir, its my humble request to you please sir organise this "open campus placement" facility also for 2012/13/14 pasouts . As you know sir year 2012 was a recession year and there were no any good placement opportunity for 2012 passouts . So please sir do something for us and organise this open campus placement facility also for 2012/13/14 passouts please. I will be greatful to you . thanking you, swati srivastava

Sir i am student of ims engineering college ghaziabad with college code 143 i took the admission in the[protected] batch according to former mtu ordinance and then sir. According to ordinance 13.7 i failed to secure 50% marks in internal theory of three subjects in second semester after that i gave the internal theory carry over exam in the college then the marks were sended by the college to the university on 26 august 2014 after that sir my marks have not been updated till now sir i am having internal back in maths 2, physics 2, and electrical engineering sir please do the helpful to update my marks and so the i can promote to next year currently my result status is fail afer updation of the marks it can change to pcp-a sir my roll no is [protected]

sir i have taken admission in dr. mc saxena college lucknow through uptu counselling, but due to economic condition i have not joined college and i gone to that college with application for fee refund but they refuse to give money any how so, sir please help me .

I get the provisional admission of my ward shubham sharma in b.Tech (Computer science)
In g.L. Bajaj institute of technology and management on 19/7/2014 and paid rs. 1, 00, 000 through d.D no. 318901 dt. 19/7/2014.
But in the meantime my ward get better college and before session starting we communicate through request letter for cancellation of admission through mail.
When we approach to their admission cell regarding refund they said it took 7 to 10 days time but surprisingly after three months and our various telephonic reminder and mails they handover today us a cheque of worth rs. 85, 745/- instead of 1 lac.
Therefore we are requesting you to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action against the college management for delay of the refund as well as short payment receipt.
Looking for your immediate action.

Sir i gave upsee exam this year and got 33712 rank in general and 10124 in upbc category.My roll no. is 1030263 and form no. is 109590. In special round of counselling I filled many colleges which includes akg, kiet, jss and galgotia with computer and it branch at top. but on declaration of result of that round i didn't get any college though i have eligible rank for these branches. On upsee.nic.in there is a link of candidate wise seat allotment in that i saw many student who have greater rank than me have got seat in these colleges which i named above. Kindly tell me why i didn't get any college though i am more deserving then them. thank you.

I have completed my M.Tech from Ajay Kumar Garg College of Engg.I finished my project viva in February 2014 and also I have cleared all papers in all the semester. But till now i haven"t got my results for final semester and also original mark sheets for first, second and third semester.Like me there are 24 students waiting for the final semester results.I would request you to declare the resuts as early as possible, which will help us in getting jobs .

sir i am in general category and no subcategory and i have 4050 rank in uptu entrance 2014. in my choice locking i fill 6 government and 2 self-financed and 1 private college . in all these college i have locked my first preference to civil engineering according to opening and closing rank o[censored]psee-2013. sir but seat allotment in 2014 in it branch. but sir according to my rank i have got bhimrao ambekar, bijnor with civil branch and the college opening and closing rank is[protected] but i have not get civil branch in this college, why?. but the important factor is why the 12 seats are vacant in civil branch why we did not get these seats.according to general category in bhimrao, bijnor 60 seats of civil are there according to 19 are for gnop category but 7 are given for gnop why this much confusion is there.please help me sir it, s for my future

Sir, My son Mr. Kush Saroha had provisionally admitted in first year BBM+MBA (Integrated dual degree) course 2013 in Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida with an undertaking that the result of 12th examination is awaited and would be submitted before 30 September, 2013 and a fees of Rs. 80000/- (including registration fee) was also deposited to University after recommendation of Dean, School of Management. The result of 12th exam has been declared on 04.09.2013 and unfortunately he could not pass in one subject therefore his result declared without pass remarks. As he didn’t qualified 12th standard which is essential for regularised the admission in university, he was not attended any class since 4th September 2013 and same day Dean, School of Management also informed in writing with request for further appropriate guidance. After awaiting of two weeks for proper reply, I made several requests to university for refund of full fees. In the month of April 2014 university had refused to returned the fees. Sir, Keeping in view the circumstances and facts above, you are therefore, requested to kindly consider and take up my case for refund of full fees from the university. To Whomsoever It may concern, I was student of college "PRIYADARSHINI COLLEGE OF COMPUTER SCIENCES, Gr. Noida (Affilated to UTTAR PRADESH TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY)". I have successfully completed my B.tech(IT) 4 year course in 2011 & My roll no is "[protected]", currently i am working in a Software organization. I have cleared my all dues & have submitted all fees on or before the time. But my college is not providing my Marksheets & Degree, they are saying that concerned facility is not available. Every time they are asking for any Interview letter, offer letter or joining letter then we will provide you degree after few days. For my Degree after 3 years why should i submit any letter? I am not able to get the answer of this question. Though i have visited more then 10 times but still their response is not well. Due to this behavior of college, I am not able to face new Interviews and this is creating a major obstacle in my Career growth.
