UPTU is a university of bas***** and full of callous people who care little for the higher education and are essentially money scavengers. What else can you expect from an university of a state where corruption is running in the blood of common people.

We all have experienced the same behavior from University authorities. Apart from taking bribes, they behave as if students are their servants in spite of the fact that they are in their respective positions because of students.

Some strict action must be taken against the University authorities.

i am a fourth year student of greater noida institute of technology, gr.noida
actually my problem is not related to fee refund. problem is that my institute increases it's tuition in every odd sem by 10 to 12 thousands rupees so we often face big problem to pay this.
and sir they announce for fees at the time of sem. exam and they also say that until you submit fee then they will not give the admit card. so i can't concentrate on my study.
when i take the admission in 2006 fees was 41200 now it's become 63000. they also want to increase 13200.
please help me for the above problem.

Can anybody tell whether the UPTU private colleges are authorised to increase the fees at any point of time during the 4 year B.tech program, irrespective of what they have charged at the time of admission to first year?

UPTU — non refunding of fee

i take admission through uptu counselling in 2009 but fail to proceed it later and cancels my admission .so i am requesting to refund my fee from uptuof rs15500 in the earlier possible way.i hope u will listen my problem.

i had taken admission in 2005-06 batch in GALGOTIAS COLLEGE OF ENGG. AND TECHNOLOGY. After four month of admission i was selected in INDIAN AIR FORCE. For ur kind information i want to tell you that i had not appeared in any external exams. Sir, i want to know about the fee refunding process o[censored]PTU because they are denying to refund my tuition fee(appropriate) as well as security money(5000/-).
please sir take a proper action

dear sir, i am mohd. arqum i took admission in sunderdeep engineering college(code-240) by uptu councelling.i attend 103 lectures there and deposits complete fees there, now i dropped that college and take admission in krishna engineering college(code161) through management quota .now the management of sunderdeep college refuses to refund the fees but according to up govt. necessary fees should be refunded to me.in this situation what should i do...

UPTU — Fees refund

I have taken the admission in greater noida college priyadarshni in BTECH but due to some reason not able to continue so i want my counselling fees (security refund)

did any of you complaintees get any solution????...plz rply!!

Rule/Procedure for refund o[censored]PSEE/UPTU councelling fee


Counseling fee of Rs. 500/- will be non-refundable in all cases and no claim will be entertained for its refund at any stage.

Refund rules for initial fee of Rs. 5, 000/- are as follows -
>>>Candidate withdraws before locking the choice. Rs. 5000/- is refundable.
>>>Candidate is not allotted any seat as per the choices filled. Rs. 5000/- is refundable.
>>>A seat is allotted as per option of the candidate, but the candidate does not take allotment letter / does not deposit ‘part of college fee’ as per clause-15.9 / does not join the allotted college / is not interested in taking admission for any reason whatsoever. No refund is admissible.

No Refund of 'part of college/institute fee' (Rs. 10, 000 / Rs. 4, 000) deposited at counselling centre will be admissible, if the candidate does not take admission in allotted college/institution for any reason whatsoever, and no claim will be entertained for its refund

As per AICTE and UGC notifications, All institutions are bound to refund fees except Rs 1000 as processing fee. I[censored]PTU does not refund, please file a complaint to AICTE address

i m totally agreed with it...
it seems like uptu is not even checking or evaluating the papers and are brutally spoiling the future of engineering students by providing them back in exams...students are facing mental pressure because of this nonsense act... please look into the matter seriously...check the result of third year for 2009-10

even i am totally agreed to this problem well said akansha and the above person... should look the case as soon as possible..i am also a third year student who is facing the same problem ...i really dont know what will happen to my future because of this lifeless and careless act o[censored]ptu.. :(

I am fully agree with akansha singh for wrong checking of copies, due to wrong checking of copies brillent student suffer many problem.he may be dipress.

मैं बी टेक प्रथम बर्ष का छात्र हु और मैंने प्रथम सेमेस्टर और दितीय सेमेस्टर तक ६ पेपर में पास हो गया था spesal केरिओवर में मैं ४ पेपर दिया था और पेपर बहुत ही अच्छा हुआ था पास होने में कोई भी संदेह नहीं था लेकिंग मुझे लगता है की यु पि टी यु में कॉपी check करने वाले ये नहीं चाहते की उनके आलावा कोई इंजिनियर बने कितना भी अच्छा पेपर कर के आओ ३३% मार्क आना भी इन्सबने सपना बना के रखा हुआ है घर वाले कितनी मुस्किल से फीस और कॉपी किताब का पैसा देते है इनसबको क्या मालूम मैं फेल नहीं था लेकिन कर दिया गया है मैं फिर कोसिस कर रहा हु मेरे महनत में कोई कमी नहीं है अगर फिर मेरे साथ ऐसा होता है तो मैं सभी बी टेक करने वालो से कहूँगा की यु पि टी यु से कभी न करे क्योकि येह कॉपी चेक करने के काम को मजाक बना रखा है और लाखो स्टुडेंट के भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ किया जा रहा है बहुत दुखी कर दिया है इन सब ने यार मैंने बहुत मेहनत किया था लेकिन मैं कमज़ोर नहीं हु किसी को कापी चेक करने का विधि मालूम हो तो कृपया मुझे बताओ मैं एक्स पेपर तो दूंगा लेकिंग जिसने मेरी कॉपी चेक की है उसको भी जबाब देना पड़ेगा मैंने अपने दुःख को हिंदी में लिखा है की सभी इस बात को समझ सके की हमारे साथ खिलवाड़ किया जा रहा है

The copies are not properly evaluated in the examination o[censored]PTU. My daughter appeared in Back paper of 3rd semester EME 302 in the examination held in December 2014. She performed well in the examination, but to my utter surprise, she has been declared unsuccessful in the said paper. Either the examiners are not conversant with the subject or they do not evaluate the copy sincerely, which results to frustration and wastage of time and again of the student. I have come to know that an examiner is evaluating a copy in 3-4 minutes, which is not possible. University authorities need to look into this matter so that no injustice is done to hard working students. This needs intervention of honorable vice chancellor as well as Registrar of the university so as to grant justice to the students. I am an academician in the field of life sciences and also examiner of many universities. I can not evaluate a copy in less than 15-20 minutes.

Dear Sir's,

This is for your kind information that I have just completed my MBA from PSIT, Kanpur in June 2009. As per the rule o[censored]PTU, the fees for MBA was not more than 63000- approx for one year[protected], but PSIT charged 80100/annum from all the MBA students just against the instructions o[censored]PTU. As we are the students so we were feared that PSIT can reduce our internal marks if we was made any complaint to UPTU. They forced us to submit 6000 rs as training & placement fees but they have not provided a single placement to any student.
Now PSIT is not returning back our caution money of 5000 which we had submitted at the time of admission in UPTU, Lucknow. & they are forcing us for subitting 200 rs for MBA degree & 500 rs for Alumnae.

Pls do take some proper action & oblize us...

Which I paid at time of admission. So many time I knocked the finance department doors but every time they were asking for the receipt which I lost.
Two year back I met to Madhav ( employe of IIMS meerut) and he assured that you would get the many after some time but still no update is coming from your end.
