Gazon Communications — broadband services are down since last 6 days

Broad band is down since last more than 6 days without any resolution. Once of the worst experience with this provider.. Its really shameful in todays world that internet is down and and no one from provider side is sharing update why this is happening and no communication at all.. While recharging they are very punctual asking for payments on time and very obedient to stop service if any delay for recharge.. Ticket register on 4th oct 22897 however no response and call from anyone. Very poor service and shame on this service provider
