I had the connection installed and working on October *, ****. Initially, it worked fine but experienced occasional disconnections lasting a few minutes each day. However, on October *, the internet abruptly stopped working.
On October **, the internet failed again, and I filed a complaint. Unfortunately, there was no response, so I raised the issue once more. Upon reviewing their portal, I discovered that they hadn't even registered the issue until October **. There is no ETA for resolving the problem, and their staff, sent to diagnose the issue, displayed rude behavior and arrived in groups, seemingly to intimidate those assisting them. Why send seven people to diagnose an issue when the internet isn't working?
At this point, I have become mentally unstable due to the ongoing struggle to resolve this issue. Every day, I have to request follow-ups, and yet the internet is not working. I have had to make multiple mobile recharges for my internet, as the fiber connection I subscribed to is not functioning.
I am now left with no other option but to request a refund and seek an internet connection from a different ISP. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disruptive. Was this information helpful? |
