Updated by Anurag Bisht I got broadband connection from gazon on 30th July. We have been facing issue since 1st August.
After continuous complaints regarding no internet connectivity there has been no resolution from the
gazon communications.
There engineer's at the time of getting connection promised that usually issues are resolved within 4 hours but it has been a week and neither there engineer's have come to fix the problem nor they have provided any time frame for the issue resolution.
Whenever we are calling customer care they say that the engineer is on the way but we are yet to meet a engineer.
We are people who don't have luxury to take time during weekdays to take holiday just for this problem to get fixed. Still we have taken holidays from work and yet no engineer have come to fix the problem. Even on weekend they have not come.
To summarise :
1. Problem of no internet connectivity since the last one week ( just the day after we bought the connection)
2. We have paid 3028 rs.for the three months and they are neither fixing the problem nor giving us reply to our mails of disconnection and refund.
3. No engineer support for the issue resolution.
4. Customer care support is the worst. They don't have the manner to speak to customer who has been waiting for the whole week for there issues to be fixed.
5. Even complained to there manager anup shinde but got no reply.
The connection is in the name of Abhijeet Bisht.
