GBTU — regarding to internal marks of human value.

Respected sir; With due to respect i want to state exam, i am the student of mechanical branch of session 2009, i want to say that college filled my human value form in fourth semester but any family problem i am not give the exam . and i gave this exam in final year.and cleared and external marks are showing but may internal marks are not showing in result and shown back this subject. I inform to college many times but college not taking any reaction and filled my form again in carry over paper .and again my result is not updated . without any reason my degree is extended. sir please help me.
