Ge Capital — So far i did not get noc from the ge money

I had bought a bajaj pulsar 150 cc bike from kalyani motors rmv extension, bangalore through ge money two wheeler loan in october-2005 for a tenure of 10 months from 04-nov-2005 to 04-aug-2006. The loan was repaid regularly without fail. So far i did not get noc from the ge money. After 15 years, i have gone to rto to get fitness certificate. It is very much needed for further process. Please help me to get it soon. The details of the vehicle as below,
