I ordered pest repellent online and receive the product of amount 480/-
Checked it after making cash payment which is in damage position and which is not working
I am sure they supplied duplicate product which is not at all working want to return back your product and get back my cash
I have not received a message also for delivery the product
I do not receive the invoice after delivery the product
Please check this complaint as soon as possible and return back my amount as soon as possible

    I Prerit Sharma bought the pest repellant through the www.smashingcommerce.com website is not at all worthy and is making sound which is unpleasant. Have contacted them for return but they are neither processing the return nor replacement. Instead they became non-contactable now, But the sound produced from it is not at all pleasant. Thus can't use it. So, i would like to give a complaint on smashing commerce website... It;s a fake not working product from this company.. they are making fraud with customers including me kindly help me regarding return my money

      I girish harkawat purchase pest repellant which i purchased through the www.smashingcommerce.com website is not at all worthy and is making sound which is unpleasant. I have contacted them for return but they are neither processing the return nor replacement. Instead they are trying to convince me to use that product for 60 days and see the result. But the sound produced from it is not at all pleasant. So i can't use it. So, i would like to give a complaint on smashing commerce website... It;s a very bad product this co.         I ordered pro polish 2 days ago and recieved it within 2 days but when i opened the parcel it had just 1 spoon of the polish left. I want to get it changed with new one or refund my money. If you people really wanna earn money do it right way don't be dacoits..
        This company is not giving any customer service or any complaint box or phone number.
        I will take you guys to the consumer court for sure if this is not resolved... Dnt think you guys can escape as i have enough proofs against you guys...

          I hv ordered pest insects repellant seeing the image online. But i hv received an ordinary plug in use item which is not at all worth rs.480/-. The one i have received is different from what i have seen in the website. I have ordered it by mistake thinking that i will get a good item. The one i hv received is a cheaper one which i would like to return it and i want refund of the amount i hv paid i had send a mail to company for complaint on 15aug 18 but no reply from there side i want return product & refund money

                  (1) product qty : we have received only 20 /30 ml

                  (2) not bottle seal - it is loose seal

                  (3) packing in local carton box which has no company name and sealed

                  (4) company has to take action ; if going wrong - which is spoiling brand name of propolish

                  (5) online shopping is based on trust and if purely cheated to customers - government / online selling authority has to take action to protect others bizness vendor

                  As this is very serious matter and our duty to inform this is happpening with client during delivery point.

                  This ankita shah is belongs to your organization??- if than why she is not responding mobile phones, we feel this should strictly find out lot of online complaints.

                                        My name is NAGNATH DATTATRAYA GADDAM, I had ordered product on 27/07/2018 & I received product on 02/08/2018. From that date(02/08/2018) I am using pest repellent product but i am not satisfied with pestrepellent product. I am not received product what I had ordered product. Pest repellent product not at all working. I had already complained about this delivery section i.e. courier xpressbees. Please cancel this product & refund my amount.

                                        I got your product Super Ceramic Car Coating pro-polish on 30.7.18 at 8pm to my home. I removed the wrap and find out that the content was below 75ml. Its around 20 to 30ml.

                                        Kindly take it back and give me appropriate Content of 75 ml. of SuperCeramic Car polish.
