While plugging in it creates a lot sound and seems to be burning. On other hand it seems a local product . In the add it has a company name on it something like pets but on the machine no company name on it . I want my money back..480 rupees...

Bought a pest repellent from Smashing Commerce thru online, but once I received the product it was in bad shape and also product is outdated different from the one shown in advertisement and the review is suspicious, now I am not in need of this product as it creates lot of Noise harmful to humans not pest, Company is cheating customer's by misleading advertising, should ban such companies.

HI,
I have received a product 'Pest repellent' from 'Smashing Commerce' through facebook advertisement. It is a useless product with lot of noise. I just want to return it but couldn't because of no response from their team. Even I am trying to contact them via call but no one responding. Many times I drop mail to them but they just answering the mail with use it for 60 days.
I don't want to use it for single day.
They charged me 480 rupees.It costed around 30 rs. for the received product. They mentioned had a money back guarantee within 2 weeks but now not responding on calls. Got a message from some Harijit and Rakesh as [protected], also stated there is a free gift with the product which was again misleading incorrect information.

My order no.[protected]ar COD but the delivery person doesn't allowed to open as he received the money of RS.480 and went but as we opened the parcel it was totally fraud different product which is not at all with of RS.50 even because same sorts are available at our local market at RS.30-50 maximum.

Surprisingly the image shown on site while booking is different then what i have received today late evening.

The product received is make of very cheap quality and making humming noise continuously.

There is no return policy and given contact details are incorrect.

This product is fake.. Does not work. This product that i got is useless. And makes irritating noise which give headache.

I have ordered ( o, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine but due to product bad reviews i canceled my order in next 10 minutes, but canceling nor picking up the call. Please insist them not to deliver the product to my address and cancel the order.

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

Moreover, the product review was very bad and particularly heard that it is very noisy too.

I ordered Pest repellent(cost is 480) from smashing commerce yesterday. But the product they delivered is way different from the one they showed. It has very annoying noise and made up of very cheap materialwhich you can buy from the roadside in 30-40 rs. I want to return the product but they are not picking up the call and they are not responding to the mail. It is very annoying to spend so much on a product like this. FAKE PRODUCT !!!
