I have ordered pest repellent machine. But this is totally different from what you showed in vedio. Totally cheap product. It is not working. While plugging in it creates a lot sound and seems to be burning. On other hand it seems a local product . In the add it has a company name on it something like pets but on the machine no company name on it . I want my money back..480 rupees......

I had given order of pest repellent o[censored]ltrasonic waves no.[protected], but I was delivered pest repellent of humming sound which I had already purchased earlier for which I am not satisfied. The humming sound is very irritating. I had again given the order of pest repellent o[censored]ltrasonic waves but again I have been delivered with a pest repellent of humming sound. Kindly replace the pest repellent with ultrasonic waves...

Bought a pest repellent from Smashing Commerce thru online, but once I received the product it was in bad shape and also product is outdated different from the one shown in advertisement and the review is suspicious, now I am not in need of this product as it creates lot of Noise harmful to humans not pest, Company is cheating customer's by misleading advertising, should ban such companies....

I have received a product 'Pest repellent' from 'Smashing Commerce' through facebook advertisement. It is a useless product with lot of noise. I just want to return it but couldn't because of no response from their team. Even I am trying to contact them via call but no one responding. Many times I drop mail to them but they just answering the mail with use it for 60 days.
I don't want to use it for single day.

My order no.[protected]ar COD but the delivery person doesn't allowed to open as he received the money of RS.480 and went but as we opened the parcel it was totally fraud different product which is not at all with of RS.50 even because same sorts are available at our local market at RS.30-50 maximum.
Simply I want to return the product and my hard earned money back.

Surprisingly the image shown on site while booking is different then what i have received today late evening.

The product received is make of very cheap quality and making humming noise continuously.

There is no return policy and given contact details are incorrect....

I ordered a pest repellant. They said it makes no noise. They gave a wrong product. It's making lot of noise. When I tried to contact them no number is not reachable.

This xpressbees courier is another one fraud. Please take strict action against the both. Smashed commerce is the site name...

I booked on 13 th july this above product and recd on 16th @ 480/- but as shown on site photo of product and i recd both r different like Rs. 50/= cost of product and i call and mail to [protected]@smashingcommerce.com but no any response. Not even able to find return option and no clear return policy. People are not responding properly...
so i request to samshing commerce please do the provision of return the product as early as possible...

My Smashing Commerce order #QG32QCWA2J is shipped on 16th July, 2018. It is not as per what they have shown in their advertisement. I had made order for Pest Reject. But the item delivered is not upto mark. Not a single pest like cockroach repelled by this product. I have been cheated so the amount paid on COD Rs.480/- must be refunded to my address.

I ordered Pest repellent(cost is 480) from smashing commerce yesterday. But the product they delivered is way different from the one they showed. It has very annoying noise and made up of very cheap materialwhich you can buy from the roadside in 30-40 rs. I want to return the product but they are not picking up the call and they are not responding to the mail. It is very annoying to spend so much on a product like this. FAKE PRODUCT !!!...
