Some days back I saw the advertisement of hubba pest repellant on facebook
I opened the link given in said facebook advertisement and it prompted me to pay ₹ 480 for the product that looks exactly like hubba pest repellant

I ordered the product and paid ₹480 cash on delivery on 12/07/2018.

When I opened the product I found that it did not match the product shown in the advertisement and also the product is not working on any types of pests.

I think I have been cheated by sending this duplicate machine so please refund ₹480 to me and collect back your pest repellant by the same courier

I am an Advocate by profession and planning to file a criminal complaint under section 420 of the Indian Penal code.

I have ordered a pest repellent product in your website of GeekRetail. The product I have received is different from the product I have ordered. I ordered a repellent worth 500 rupees but got a product worth rupees 50. I need my money back at any cost. I need immediate refund of my money. The delivered item is not same, its a local one and the pests are not at all affected. Only the family person were affected with its irritating sound. So please refund the amount of Rs 480. I bought a product called Pest Repellent through Smashing Commerce, from Xpressbees couriers, and the same is not working properly and I think the company itself is fake, because nobody bothers to take up the phone call whenever called. I want my money back that is Rs. 480/-, I booked it on 04/07/2018 and I received it in 09/07/2018, I do not want to keep the product anyway, i want my money back. After booking the product I received a message saying that it would reached as early as possible from Ms. Ankita, mobile : [protected], it is her personal number she says

Sir, I have received this product but it is very poor quality and it is not working and different . I want to return this item . Request to refund the amount of Rs 480.00 to my account, please pick up this item. I have received a broken product of pest repellent and when I tried to contact the company for that, the call is not connecting and it is showing invalid no. Also when I placed a complaint on their contact us page, i received no reply .
KINDLY help me out to resolve my issue.
Is it a fake company who is providing a fake product and giving product worth not more than 150 Rs. At a cost of Rs. 498/-.

The liquid bottle in the plastic bottle is slightly and the toppical ceramic gel does not have a packet pack, so I'm returning. So please refund Rmy money.

I ordered one repellent on 04.07.2018 and thereafter one Ankita Nandi stated to be Customer success manager of Smashing commerce having phone number [protected]. Immediately after I tried to contact over phone but rang several times. No one responded over that phone. I emailed customer support of smashing commerce and cancelled the order, but no confirmation has yet been received by me though emailed several times. It is learnt that the shipped vide tracking number httpss://track.aftership.com/xpressbees/[protected]. I informed that I shall not be liable to receive any courier or make any payment thereof. Lastly shipping agency asked me to contact Geek Retail Pvt Ltd. So cancel the order.

with smashing commerce on day before yesterday but still they shipped through Geek Retail Pvt Ltd as learnt from shipping agency which I shall not be liable to receive any courier or make any payment thereof. This has already informed through several emails immediately after putting order. So cancel the order.

I have ordered car propolish item by seeing add in Facebook and ordered from the https://propolish.in portal, Order id - P7G6MK5RTJ. today i have received with no actual product inside the courier, please raise a complaint against to the company and resolve it, the given contact from the company is not working. find the attachments for your reference.

According to the given add things are not like that means instrument is not effective in any pest also this instrument has irritating sound so not able to take the sleep and no effect on pest. You guys are cheating and showing some attractive benefits but useless because it has no effects on pest. They are moving here and there near by instrument. On your product demonstration this is not mentioned that product has sound. Not interested to take please refund my money.

I ordered 2 pcs pest replent but i received 1 pc fake product in rs 480 today on date 04/07/2018. That was not right product which was shown. Company offered me 2 pcs in rs 480 and sent me one pc fake product. Return it and refund money immediately. This is fraud u people r doing. People will not trust on online companies because of fraud company like this

The product and description shown in advertisement are different in reality, the product is very noisy, however in there promotions they are saying it has only ultrasonic sound, which can be heared only by pests, which is not true
Also i can't see any impact of the product
