Geek Retail — returning a product regarding

I bought a product called Pest Repellent through Smashing Commerce, from Xpressbees couriers, and the same is not working properly and I think the company itself is fake, because nobody bothers to take up the phone call whenever called. I want my money back that is Rs. 480/-, I booked it on 04/07/2018 and I received it in 09/07/2018, I do not want to keep the product anyway, i want my money back.
