          I have given my vespa elegant for service few days back. My vehicles fual guage is not working. When I ask with the service center they said like some part is damaged and they don't have the replacement for the same in stock. They are not having the part for the last three service. If they don't provide replacement for the damaged parts where should I get it. This is the first and last time I'm going to escalate this issue. If they are going to repeat it I will raise this issue to consumer court.

            As you are aware i have submitted my vehicle for service at your nettoor workshop. The vehicle is already under extended warranty period either it is in terms of kilometers or in terms of the period of warranty. Now after carrying out the work it is seen that you have raised a bill for rs.50, 596/-. It is understood that you have not considered the fact that the vehicle is under warranty. The extended warranty was allowed for the previous services also. You may also note that the vehicle is having manufacturing defect also which you have already pointed many times and which you could not rectify till date and such manufacturing defect is in the knowledge of the company also. Now you are acting against the terms of the warranty and is trying to extract money from me without any basis.
            Hence you are requested to set off the bill against your obligation of free service and warranty and release the vehicle accordingly or else i have to take further action in the matter.

              My car no KL 69- 3796 .CHEVROLET SAIL.
              It has taken more than 3 lakh rupees to repair intact to replace the car parts including AC one year ago.but the complaint of AC restarted again after 6 months of repair.when shown to the geyeem motors kottayam we are told of another 30000 RS repair and the excuse they are giving is that warranty period is over..
              Sir are we repairing our car just for the sake of warranty period..Do yu people say that we should spend wholesome amount every year to cover up bad technical skills of people at geyeem kottayam..Or are the people there think that we are fools...Or are thery think that we don't know anything about customer protection act..
              Pls do the needful.

                Gm i purchased cheverlet cruze ltz at 2.5 years back. After the first service at ernakulam, i serviced my car recently at gm kayamkulam branch. There was no complaint with my car except a complaint code 84 when i handed over to them. There the tragedy begins. The day after the service my battery dead. When i complained them about the matter they said that the only option is to replace the battery. When i asked them about the reason behind the battery failure they said that it was due to the lack of running the car in that day.. Even though i knew that a car battery will not fail if the car is not run in one day, i replaced the battery. But then onwards my automatic window system get complaint and i could not operate it from driver seat. Also a new code code 35 also became visible. I immediately handed over my car to geeyem motors kayamkulam. They said that it was due to the blown out of a fuse controlling the window glass. They told that they corrected it completely but i realised in the coming days that the complaint on the window glass was not corrected. Still i couldnot operate it. Also at the time of service i orderd a tail lamp and a brake shoe since they said me to replace it. Today they called me and said my order is ready and i handed over my car to them at 10 am. The first one in the day. But when i arrived there to take my car at 6 pm the condition of my car was very pathetic. The condition of my car worsen and door became complaint and could not open it from inside. Also they didn't placed brake shoe and tail lamp since the dawn. Gm service at kayamkulam is very pathetic. Iam pretty much disappointed looking at my car.
                After all it's my hard earned money, carelessly handled by some crazy people.
                If you do not take my concern seriously i want to assure you that i would never ever recommend any one a gm car. Even though you make great cars, they are difficult to maintain with such dealers.

                I regret today at my decision, i should have gone for honda city or verna but...

                  Sir, I take insurance from geeyem motors kottayam for future generally insurance company in my car Tavera on 25_03_2015.my car met an accident and claim for 8_06_2015 and I got a letter from future general I Your policy N C B rs 1425 not paid, 17 the June I paid this amount.but company reject the claim.sir my car Last 43 in geeyem motors kottayam showroom.                     This for your kind notice, myself jithin v s, owning a chevy beat diesel, 2012 model,
                    Has been suffering due to the poor service of my car by the geeyem motors, palakkad, kerala.

                    Yesterday evening my car stopped while driving, and assistance was been called for attending same.They came up and said there is problem in fuel pump and have to be renewed and i have to pay rs.22000/- for the same. This same fuel pump was been renewed in 11th december 2013, ie just 1.5 years after delivering the car.It was then on warranty period.
                    Now exactly 1.5 years after renewing the pump, it is been asked to renew again yesterday.

                    Just want to confirm, that your vehicle/parts or service is so poor that a fuel pump have to be changed twice in a three years period ???
                    I strongly doubt that this fuel pump was not been renewed, when it was said renewed, in december 2013 by geeyem motors.

                    Presently my car, kl 09 ad 1002, is in geeyem motors service station, chandranagar, palakkad, kerala, awaiting payment for re-deliver.

                    But as of now i don't have any plan to redeliver till i get a proper explanation on the above matter and even if i deliver what is the surety that another situation wont arise to renew the fuel pump in next 1.5 years again.

                    Please confirm the quality of your products, if its poor kindly say that openly, so i can switch over from your poor products to another better ones and educate other customers also thru social media.

                    Kindly look upon the matter and revert.

                      I have given my Chevrolet Beat (KL.47.B.8325) to Geeyem motors in NETTOR, MARADU, ERNAKULAM. I have been giving my car with same complaint for last one and half year ( rpm is getting cut off) and they haven't still repaired the complaint. When I give the vehicle for for service every time they will tell that they have repaired the complaint and give the vehicle back and after two or three days the same complaint will be showing again. And now they are telling that it is complaint with the wiring and it should be replaced and it will cost 15000 rupees and it cannot be replaced in extended warranty but if it has changed before one and half year it won't cost any money so please find a solution . please take an immediate action .Now the car is at service center

                        I have been cheated several times by geeyem motors while servicing my car. I have taken 3yr service package from geeyem motors when i bought my car. And i have been going there for same complaint now 8 times. My complaint was there is some sound coming from my front shock absorber and my front left tier is burning out every 500 km. Each time when i go they take my car and give it back next day saying the problem is solved. They change the tires each time saying some stupid excuses. Now all my 4 tires are burned out and my car keeps moving to left side when i take off my hand from the steering. Its been almost a year now i am going to the service center saying the same complaint. Last time i went i meet the service manager Mr. Arun and told him the matter , he assured me that this problem will be solved this time and took the car for repairs and gave back next day saying its solved. I don't know why they are cheating the customer every time. Again after the service i found the same problem in my car and went back. That time the service adviser is asking me to go and show your car somewhere else..(what a reply). I did the same and showed the car in another local service center and the told my shock absorber bushes are broken or something and need to be replaced and i can get free replacement if i take it to geeyeem motors because i have taken service package for 3 yrs. I showed it to another local service man and again he told the same . I took the car to geeyem motors and told them what other service adviser told me. They took the car for service again and gave back saying there is no such problem and i don't know what to do now. This is pure cheating.. Pls help me..

                          I had booked a Chevy Spark on 19-03-09.Due to financial crisis i cancelled the car.It has been 2 and a half months since iam being fooled, promising me to refund the amount.The behaviour of the staff even the manager is so shameful and bad.

                          Geeyem motors doesn't know how to control their staffs. Most of them are behaving very badly and if someone have no any idea about the automobile sales and service field they will be cheated...
