We had a cooling problem withthe general india ac last week at home at greater kailash, new delhi because of which we called customer centre to arrange a technician.
Munna ali, ac technician visited us and after completion of work asked for payment of rs450/-. We asked for the receipt but he said that the receipt book was not with him at the moment but left his personal number and assured us that we could contact him anytime if there is any other problem.in good faith, we gave the payment without taking the receipt.
Today again the same problem with the ac arose and we called him directly to which he responded that he had already fixed the problem and that he could not come back as was in faridabad today. We were shocked with his indifference and rude behavior. We lodged a complaint with the service centre again who profusely apologized and assured they would send someone immediately to fix it. We have been waiting since long but no one has still come to attend our complaint yet.
