New VR[censored]nit bought and installed in March 2020 has stopped functioning.
Local service engineer was unable to repair and has requested to approach the company for repair.

Purchased ac on 16.03.2021. Installed on 20.03.21.

no cooling since installation. purchased from VIJAY SALES, CROWN PLAZA, FARIDABAD.

I had purchased room AC from CROMA
I was already doing pre inspection by company and person was given me
Advice regarding installation. I already paid charges rs 350 to Mr Zuber company person.
Yesterday this fellow was installed my room AC but not installed as per pre inspection advice. So please change out door direction which is not suitable.

Out door fitting is not suitable of our Drawing room. And air circulation

My ac is suddenly not working its not even getting on and it's only been a year. I also changed remote cells to check weather the problem was in remote but remote is fine. The problem is in ac.

I ordered back cover microsoft lumia 640 xl lte transparent silicon but supplied two times other item through flipkart

Sir o general ac is not working sir please we have purchased o general ac in the month of may last year and it was not working now please respond to solve this issue

It's very disappointing, that the new 1.5 ton window ac ogeneral purchased is not working. Working like a fan. And customer care no. Is not answering or taking the call.

Plz take the call on urgent bases.

My complaint for non cooling was attended on 26/5/20 by heera services based on my request to your toll free number. Diaognised as gas leak and was informed that the indoor unit will be taken and returned after gas filling within 3 days. Regret to inform you that till date, today is 11th june. There is no response to my repeated calls to your toll free number! My calls to heera services also has not yielded any result as they promise to send the vehicle to pick up but nothing has happened till now. I am disappointed with the response as i had bought this brand with great expectations of performance and service. I understand that this model is prone to gas leak if there is a canal in the neighbourhood! This is confirmed by your own service engineers. Sad to know that a company of your stature is unable to solve this issue!

I have purchased one O General Machine from Raipur Electronics, Shyambazar, Kolkata in 2019, the cash memo is attached and had to pay substantial amount as installation charges too, expecting service far better than the standard air conditioners available in the market since the price of your machine is also much more than other reputed brand of air conditioners available in the market. Unfortunately after installation of the machine it was not functioning as expected by me comparing another AC of brand "Carrier" purchased by me on the same day at a price much below than your machine. However, the hot season has passed anyway and owing to my inability to find out time to attend your mechanic, I could not also take opportunity of your free service after installation. Now due to countrywide lock-down, which is still continuing I could not avail the service even this year at the starting of the summer season and did not use the machine too. I have consulted the shop, i.e, Raypur Electronics and they advised me that the machine can be used, though servicing has not been done, and the warranty period will also be extended owing to lock-down and it may be serviced afterwards when the situation of the country will become normal. As advised by them I am using the "Carrier" machine and find no problem but today when I first started your machine it began to eject air and outer fan also started operating but no cooling has been experienced for long time though it was kept under "cool" mode and everything was normal for its operation, which ultimately compels me to report to you everything since simply I can not bear this bitter experience and trouble after spending much higher amount to purchase your machine. In the circumstances I place before you two questions:
1) Owing to lock-down the warranty has been extended for how much period?
2) How will you settle my problem and give relief? Since, I think it is a defective machine it need to be replaced/returned.

Register our request for air conditioner service

Our ac is not functioning from almost one month, and we could like to request for a repair.

I would a request to you to check our ac as faster as u can it is not opening and it is showing an error in operation light timer light and super quit light

Last year in the month of march 2019 we bought a new ac with proper stabilizer. But now it is not working there is an orange light blinking contiously in the alarm area. We have informed about it to the vellore ogenral service center they have send an technician but he is saying that it is been bought in the year of 2018 and the board is been damaged and it will take nearly[protected] for repairing it. We have the proper billing reports with us. How is it possible for an new ac to get repaired so soon. None of your coustomer care and toll free number is picking up our calls. Nobody is responsing us. Do us some favor are else i'll return the product to the shop. And will put case in the court.
