        Dear Team, I registered a complaint against my vestar washing machine(bought in may 2015) in October, your technician came and said timer is not working, i will replace it whenever we will get one. I waited for approximately 1-2 months(as my timer was working little bit) and again registered complaint on 1st week of Dec 2015 for which your technician came and took my timer with him saying they will replace it in a day or two. I requested him that at least put my old timer back in case you don't get timer from the company. i called him next day to get my old timer back at least i would be able to was my clothes as i am not keeping well these days. he said ok i am sending my technician, but no one came. I tried his number but it was switched off. Till date i am calling regularly and getting the same reply that we will replace by tomorrow. Day before yesterday they said that timer is delivered at service center and will get replace by 17 dec positively but no one came to replace it. Today i called up again then they said timer is not yet delivered, we will replace by monday. PLEASE TAKE THIS IN URGENT AND LET ME KNOW HOW MANY TOMORROWS YOUR COMPANY NEEDS. Please let know by what time my timer will get replaced as i am not well and facing a lot of problem due to this.           This is to bring into your notice that we had purchased one Ton O'General window AC on 11th June 2015 from Mehta Electronics, Jwalapur, Haridwar and a month after installation when our family friends have visited to our home and we have started it, it started having issue that it is automatically getting stopped in every 10-15 min or it is not running when we are starting it . It was so embarrassing in from of them. We have made so many complaints since August 2015 (eg: recent complaint# GHA[protected] & GHA[protected]), many times engineer have visited to our home to check AC and also have taken out the internal device of AC to check and fix it but issue has not resolved yet. It is so much frustrating to my family that we have invested money for the comfort and not a single day it ran properly. Now the situation is that we are fed up calling to the customer care and representative is saying that senior engineer will visited to resolve the issue but no one is coming. I would like to request you to resolve it asap or if your company is not able to fix the issue, i want AC to be replaced and install a new AC in place of the faulty AC.

            I have purchased this 1.5 Ton O general split Ac from Royal Electricals, Alwar Rajasthan, on 27/4/15 with Bill No.1287. (Model No. ASGA18FTTA & Serial No.T029027) and Outdoor Unit (AOGA18FTTAH), From the day of Installation itself its Flappers is not working properly .when I asked from the techenician he replied due to transport it is happened and also its new so its take time and than it works properly, but this problem is persisting till today and more over from the day of purchasing unit is not working properly, cooling is also not proper its going worst.I want my Both the Indoor and Outdoor unit change Immediately. Because I am facing lots of problems.Yesterday Techenicians checked and replied that there was a problem with the unit. why should I repair my New Ac When I purchased A Brand New Ac, so its Company's responsibility to change my new AC.

              I PURCHASED THE ABOVE AC FROM M/S KBM VIKAS MARG, NEW DELHI VIDE INVOICE NO C-01558/15-16 ON 10TH MAY 2015 FOR 65500/-, WHICH WAS DELIVERED ON 13TH MAY 2015. BOTH THE BOXES OF INDOOR AND OUTDOOR UNITS WERE RECEIVED OPEN AND THE FACT WAS ALSO MENTIONED ON DELIVERY CHALLAN. THERE WAS NO WARRANTY CARD INSIDE THE BOXES. I CONTACTED ONE MR WASIL AT THE DEALER WHO PROMISED TO CHANGE THE MACHINE VERY NEXT DAY BUT NOBODY CAME. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CALL FROM COMPANY FOR INSTALLATION AND DEMO HOWEVER ONE MR JAWED APPEARED TELLING THAT HE HAS BEEN SENT BY THE DEALER FOR INSTALLATION AND INSTALLED THE MACHINE. WHEN THE MACHINE DID NOT WORK ON INSTALLATION WE WERE TOLD TO CONTACT O GENERAL CUSTOMER CARE. THEN I CONTACTED CUSTOMERCARE AND WAS GIVEN COMPLAINT NO GHA[protected]. THIS WAS ATTENDED BY MR SANU AND MR NEERAJ WHO TOLD ME THAT PCB OF OUTER UNIT IS NOT WORKING AND IT WILL COST ME RS 18000/- EVEN THOUGH MY AC IS UNDER WARRANTY. THIS IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE AC IN THE CLASS BUT I AM STRUGGLING TO GET MY NEW AC WORKING AND I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND WRITING TO CUSTOMER CARE WITHOUT ANY RESULTS AND RESPONSE.

                Last year(2012) we bought an Air Conditioner of ETA GENERAL of model no.(AXZB18ABTH) unit serial no.(002595) Compressor serial no.(761/FGWOh[protected] on 27-03-12 from Amrit Electronics ,Sadar Bazar ,Gurgaon. But two weeks back our A/C was not working properly, so we called up at ETA GENERAL's Customer Care and we tried that Customer Care Number for Hours And Hours, But no one answered the call then we called up an A/C mechanic and he told us that the compressor is DEAD.

                we contacted Amrit Electronics(from where we bought the A/C) they noted down our complaint and assured that within 48 hours, company will contact us but three days after that there was no revert on our complaint then an electrician nearby gave us a number of a person who takes complaints on behalf of ETA GENERAL , we contacted him and he sent the A/C mechanic within half an hour , he confirmed that our compressor was DEAD but it is under Company's warranty and we can change it without any cost but we have to pay Rs.350 as Visiting Charges and Rs.3500 for GAS Filling he said within two days your new compressor will come from the company and Your A/C will be FIXED, but today is the fifth day and the person says the compressor will take more 15-20 days to come.
                We want a strict action from your side as it is around 43 degree temperature and we have to suffer from this hot whether The company is not picking up the call and o slow service but at the time of purchase they were too good but now when we r facing problem with their product they r ditching us..we are helpless....please take action against this ...

                eta — Free Service

                I bought O-General 1.5 ton Window on[protected] at Rathana Fan House. It come with 4 Free services for 1 year and their Serives Dealer is ETA. 3 Services has been done after much stress. I registered a request with ETA for 4th Service on June[protected]. But till now no one has come to service my AC. I spoke to the Manager he says everyday that some one will come. But till now nothing happend. I got fedup and Registering a complaint here. Pls. do something.

                Eta General — Refuse after sale service

                Recently I purchased o general window ac worth 30,000/- from palwal (Haryana) and I logged a request on[protected] for its installation but they just refused to come for installation or any free service. I am feeling extremely bad that I should not buy o general ac.

                  very sad inform u that i was with this company ETA GENARAL PVT LTD last 18 months but never get my pf details .I joined this company last 7 .02.11.and left the company 31.08.12 several time i mail him and called him regarding my pf status no body pick my phone no body replay my mail .i want to withdraw my pf balance and apply on dated -2 .11.12 yet not showing in the system my balance not showing claim status also not showing .Through pf side i entered my pf i get the sms total balance is showing only 2448.00( two thousand four hundred forty eight only )

                    I have buyed O’General AC on dated 08.04.2009, since then I am facing compressor tripping issue after every 10~15 Minutes.

                    For this we have registered numerous complaint at service center M/s DEEP AIRCON located in G-6, Vardhman Complex, L.S.C. Savita Vihar Delhi – 92 but there is no response towards salvaging action.

                    i experienced WORST SERVICE Level with General India (ETA General) A/C. i made 10-15 calls to customer care center, emails etc but could not get anyone for service of A/C. Dealer was arrogant and clearly denied for service. Customer care executive were not supportive, they were only having funny excuses.

                    Don’t go with this company.

                      Ours is a printing company and we have two general window ac's in the production room of our company without which our machines cannot operate. Our printing machines need a cool environment to operate and so the ac is very crucial for us. There is some problem with the compressor of our ac's and they are not working at all (The compressors are in warranty).The production is therefore been held up for the last two weeks due to this. Your customer support staff has been uncooperative and is unable to provide with a concrete answer about when will the two ac's be fixed. Look into the matter on an urgent basis as it is a very crucial stage for us and already we have lost a lot of time due to this problem. This is a very serious matter for us now.

                        FOLLOWING IS THE COMPLAINT SENT TO THE COMPANY BUT NO ACTION TAKEN YET. IT IS 4 WEEKS SINCE FIRST COMPLAINT WAS LODGED.

                        Sir,

                        This is to inform you that till date we have not heard back from your office regarding the complaint. The air conditioner was taken by your service people and they have not come back to us. I have been talking regularly with your Mr. Krishan Mohan at Chandigarh, but no concrete reply has been received.

                        This is my final notice and after 4 days if I do not het ant reply from your side, we will lodge our complaint with the concerned government authorities including the consumer forum.

                        In the very first year, we had faced a problem with & had lodged our complaint with your local
                        service center in Jalandhar & your office in Chandigarh. The same was repaired after 15 days & the
                        same worked properly thereafter.

                        May, 2008, wherein it again stop working & we lodged our complaint in Chandigarh & Jalandhar.
                        The same was again repaired after a gap15-20 days & we were asked to pay for refilling of gas &
                        labour charges by your local service center which we refused to pay the same as the compressor was
                        under warranty.

                        Now, the Air conditioner had stopped working since yesterday & we are now advising you through

                        refer my complints over telephone and fax dt, june 7th 2007 to ETA Genaral chennai and pondicherry and my letter to Fujitsu General japan on the subject of a bad product, 25500 btu a/c model axz24anl that i bought on 11/04/07 bearing serial no.15750 and covered under warranty card no. eta 155623. the a/c was to run on a current of 12.4 qmperes but consumes 20 amperes and the wires become burning hot and the a/c cuts off and this despite your engineer having made me invest over rs.7000 on new wirring and switches from my board to the a/c direct. i am a heart patient having undergone quadrupple bypass surgery and also am 90% handicapped after an accident. kindly mitigate my sufferring and replace the machine and or refund the full costs incurred by me failing which i shall have to approach consumer redressal forums and or other depts.
                        I had purchased 2.0 tonnes O'General machine with big hopes in August, 2008. The machine started giving problems from the very first day of its installation in as mush as it used discharge heavy amount of water and did not give proper cooling. After my repeated complaints and so many visits and attempts of dealer's technicians, the fault was detected in May, 2009. The compressor of machine was defective. I underwent lot of troubles even after purchasing such a costly machine. The company did not respond to any of my five to six e-mails. The company is highly indifferent and does not care for the customers. Though my dealer replaced the compressor after my persistent follow-up, I have lodged a complaint in Consumer Court for refund of my money. Why should we buy such defective product paying such a high price? I metro cities people do not have time to institute legal proceedings and, hence, the company and its dealers are taking advantage of weak legal system of this country.

                        I agree with the above complaints about O General. Their attitude is very negative. I have lodged a complaint at the Customer Care of O Generalregarding 1.0 Ton O General AC purchased through Vijay Sales, Janakpuri. It was lodged on 18.05.2011 with a complaint number 1MY180084. Today, it is 24.5.2011 and no one has attended the complaint inspite of several reminder over phone.

                        i am our customer and m using our product OGeneral Window 1.0 tonn Ac and the product Bill No.146665 dated[protected] Ms Goyal Radio Nabha Gate Sangrur(Punjab). There was the problem in the transformer last year and the dealer changed it.Now the summer season started the same problem occurs.we ask the dealer about that problem then they said we have to pay for that.And we pay for that and change that transformer. and we have that Defected Transformer.plz check the matter and reply me as soon as possible

A/c is not cooling properly i have complaint 3-4 times but still they r not able to ractify the problem.                         O GENERAL — New AC Compressor Faulty

                        I bought o genral 1.5 ton AC in the month of may from M/s Electronic bazar a div of Big bazar, the compressor failed hardly after use of few hours.A complaint was made to service center ref no. 11JL170104 dated 13th June 2011. i was promised that the compressor would be replaced by 25th June 2011. Since 25th June i have been following with the service center & they are asking for 3-4 days every time i call up. Now till date the problem has not been rectified. Now the latest promise is 29th July 2011 lets see what happens.
                        Company teasing customer should be heavily penalised.

Mayur Electronics, bus stand road Junagadh(gujarat) Ph - [protected].After 6 Months neither it is cooling nor there is pressure of air.And They have not given me a single service.And behaving with us rudely.after lots of phone calls & personnely visiting the distributer's office, nobody is attending .Pls do the needful.
