I purchased a colour printer model l-805 through m/s mega bite systems kharadi pune, bearing s/n: w84k205239 on 15.05.2018 for my personnel office use. But after its initial use for a few month, it started giving ugly printing. Your service engineer visited on 1.10.2018 & did his job, however, the same problem again cropped up in the end of jan, 2019. Since then, i have been following the matter with mr. Mahinder sharma of megabyte, but no fruitful output. Your service engineer is being followed up for the last two days, but to no avail. His mobile number is [protected]. This time, i am really fed up from the very company & feel like spreading the information on social media as well as to my community of professional in the field of insurance surveyors & chartered accountants. You are, therefore, requested for the time being to replace my printer without further delay&before my proceedings legally.
