[Resolved]  General Insurance — TDS certificate request for 07-08 financial year

Dear sir,

I'm M. Sathi Reddy, Agent 310234, PAN No: AOFPM5594L, an insurance advisor placed in Visakhapatnam, AP to your company since January 2007. I've received TDS Certificates fo the financial years 06-07 and 08-09, but not 07-08. I've informed about the same with the main branch in Visakhapatnam, AP 3 months back and have been constantly following up this matter wit ht he authorities concerned. I've submitted a letter on this issue on 21st Nov'09 in the branch in Visakhapatnam. Unfortunately, my request has gone futile. Please consider my request and do the needful by sending the TDS certificate for[protected] to[protected] as soon as possible. Please send the same to my mail ID and Postal address. Please feel free to contact me for futher details required if any.

general insurance — Request for reversal of wrong amount

Dear Madam

We have not received any reply from your side till date. Every time you assuring me you will solve my problem and reverse the wrong amount charged in my credit card. But we have not received any reply. I already called to your customer care number[protected] more than 7~8 times but sorry to say I have not received any reply.

Once again I am requesting you please look into the matter and provide the resolution and conform me at [protected] (Delhi Number)

I am explaining here my case history again:-

I have received a call from TATA AIG people on behalf of HSBC Credit card and they offer me a General insurance policy of Rs. 5966. I confirmed over phone and HSBC debited my account of Rs. 5966 on 27th Aug-08. From Aug to till date I have not received any Policy/conversation/any Letter/any documents from your side. First I request you HSBC Customer care.

HSBC deny to sort out this matter (please see the attached mail received from HSBC).

I request to reverse these charges vide my request number[protected] in oct-08. From that date I mailed you many times (please see this mail below is continuous from 1st Nov-08). As per discussion with customer care people I already fax my statement on 1st Nov-08 fax receipt is attached (please see the second page of PDF file).

HSBC is charging so many charges for late payment/non-payment/interest etc.

Once again I request you to please reverse Rs. 5966 and charges debited by HSBC thereon.

Please sort out this matter urgently and confirm the same to me.
