general insurance — my claim is denied of mobile theft

r/sir, myself Jaikaran Singh, purchased a washing machine of whirlpool with that i got a policy of home appliance for insured all home applience for theft, fire and break. during the policy my mobile (SONY ERICSSION W550I) has stolen by thievw from my house . then i claim in Bajaj General Insurance for paying my money of mobile. but company denied my request for this. plz help me for this insurance

sir, you have taken policy for home appliances, which is used by inside the home it does not carry out side for example television, washing machine and etc., you have particularly taken insurance for mobile, you will be claimed insurance

general insurance — Damaging the basic rights

At one branch office of an Insurance company not paid the Survey fee from 3 years, I repeatedly requested, they said we will not eat your money, I wrote a letter - no reply, I copied to R.O. The branch manager became angry & scolded me, & all his friend - managers stopped survey.

In one company, they suddenly centralised, but my name left out, I requested to enter my name, they said after three monthswe will do it, I asked whether there is any problem? they said nothing such. But I was frustrated because my bread & butter was snached. I reported to R.O, - No use, Then I approached to Human Rights Council & appealed, They also requested Insurance company to give the reasons, The reply was neither positive nor negetive, but they stopped surveys.

There was a fast tack panel was going on in one D.O. I approached & THe D.M. He a sked 5000/- to panel I paid after 2 months till he had not included my name. After one year he again re panelled & he again removed the name & said everybody had paid & I denied to pay onceagain & reported to R.O. Then The R.O Enquied with a surveyor unfortunately who was in the same panel & he got fear & said nothing such. Then they removed me from the panel.

I m TOTARAM SITARAM UBARHNADE from BULDANA (Maharashtra) . I have taken two wheeler insurance from Road Safety Club Pvt Ltd Chennai under silver card in 04/11/2003. My membership certificate no is 514906. In 2003-04 i received insurance certificate form BAJAJ ALLIANZ GENERAL INSURANCE. From next year[protected] the certificate came from Tata AIG Insurance Company Ltd., And year 2008-10 i received the reinsurance certificate from Shriram General Insurance Company Limited. So where can I withdraw my deposit amount and what formalities can I do.
