General Post Office Srinagar — Complaint regarding passport

My Consignment has been dispatched on 10/02/2017 via Speed Post under tracking No:-PP[protected]IN and is received on 13/02/2017 04:31PM by General Post Office Srinagar. But still they do not have delivered the Consignment to our concerned Post Office. It is requested to kindly look up to for my Consignment regarding to the not delivering my Consignment.
