Generalindia.com / ETA General [EGPL] — fresh 1.5ton window ac purchased, on 14/6/2020 not working

It's very disappointing, that the new 1.5 ton window ac ogeneral purchased is not working. Working like a fan. And customer care no. Is not answering or taking the call.

Plz take the call on urgent bases.
