I have purchased split A/C of O General 1.5 Ton last year in june 20, I faced problem that A/c was not working properly with remote from first day of purchasing. I have complaint three times last year but engineer's gave not satisfactory result against it. Now In 6 April, I complained again that A/C was not working, engineer's visited and taken my A/c remote with them. They said it 's sensor was not working, thereafter I called many times but they said ur remote has deposited to company, meanwhile company closed my complaint. Now from 6th April to 4 th june ur engineer's visited to my house with my remote n check the A/C and said A/C sensor is ok but A/C controllet was not working, we will bring new A/C controller.
