Hello ogeneral team. My ac not cooling properly. I have given complaint about my ac as its not cooling properly i donno wats wrong wid it. It has already been 100 hrs dat i have lodged the complaint but yet i didn't received any service from ur end.

So i am thinking have i done any mistake by choosing ur company's product?? Is this the way u treat ur customers wat the hale. I have provided my complaint id below plz check it out or else i will b bound to provide a consumer complaint in consumer forum.
