My complaint for non cooling was attended on 26/5/20 by heera services based on my request to your toll free number. Diaognised as gas leak and was informed that the indoor unit will be taken and returned after gas filling within 3 days. Regret to inform you that till date, today is 11th june. There is no response to my repeated calls to your toll free number! My calls to heera services also has not yielded any result as they promise to send the vehicle to pick up but nothing has happened till now. I am disappointed with the response as i had bought this brand with great expectations of performance and service. I understand that this model is prone to gas leak if there is a canal in the neighbourhood! This is confirmed by your own service engineers. Sad to know that a company of your stature is unable to solve this issue!
