I am writing this to inform that last month on 22 of December 2022 I was in Manali and was on my way back to hotel. Suddenly two unknown people catch us for scratching the card and ask us for the gift that we won later I recognise it was a trap. They ask us for one presentation but I was in hurry as my wife was not feeling well too despite I spend 50 minutes. Mr Sandeep there cheated with us and take my debit card just to check what will be the cost of emi but he had done a transaction saying that only Rs 1 will be deducted that was a trap and he has disbursed loan of Rs 40000 without my knowledge which I came to know later .
I am trying to reach to connect with people I had interacted with but no one is responding in a positive way. All the time they are making excuses, they are openly lying and harrassing me mentally.
I just want to cancel the membership without second thought and need my refund today itself. I am no longer want to be a part of this club anyhow.
They have provided me a free trial basis AMC service in Chandigarh but the service was not even a 2 star and they promised for 4 and 5 star. When I tried to connect about this with Sukhdeep from CRM he has never responded to my call and text even single time so far.
I am very much harrassed by Genial Holiday Club and I just want to cancel this membership right away. Was this information helpful? |
