I have the membership of Genial Holiday Club for which they have charged us but not giving us services. Earlier we were not able to take services due to the COVID restrictions by Central Government. But now they are not picking my calls and not providing the services. Their behaviour is very rudely to us. Now I want to give up my membership and refund my payment from them.
