Its two moths that I have taken the genial membership now of one year costing me 45k, while taking the membership for one year they said that credit card payment will be converted to 24 months no cost emi which did not happen and I had to pay all 45k at one go, so there promise for emi conversion failed to deliver.
Then when I asked them that pay has not been converted to no cost emi they told me that we will do a fresh payment again of 45k from your card and then we can convert it to no cost emi and earlier amount of 45k will be refunded, now as f today its 26 oct more than 1 month from payment for second payment and the first amount that was supposed to be refunded is yet not done, its almost time for credit card payment and will need to make full payment this time too.
So feeling very cheated because every-time you call them guy named Sagar Patil promised to pay next week as his superior is out of country and kept on delaying the payment and told to adjust the amount by yourself will refund once his superior is back. But till date same process is going on and did not receive my payment yet.
I am first time user of there service and felt really disappointed with such service from a service provider company.
So all future consumers wanting to make use of there service please consider this review may it be helpful to you.
Please do not fall for such frauds beware.
