Genpact — Assistance Required..

I am facing an issue with the Genpact onboarding process on my Laptop.The onboarding screen shows "Downloading is in progress", but it has been stuck at the same page for more than 24 hours without any progress.

I have kept the system powered on and connected to the internet, but the issue still persists. Kindly assist me in resolving this issue at the earliest so that I can complete the onboarding process..
