Sir,
I'm vivek kundra hired from campus placement, and the way we are treated in last two times is way worse than applying for a peon job.
I live in dwarka and your management team called me twice and as it took 2-3 hours for me to come to your noida sec-135 office, we are called there and then they make us wait 4-5 hours and then they say we are sorry we'll be having a telephonic round, second time they called and said we are having managerial round again I went to your office and same thing happened.
GENERATING IMPACT- I think the professionalism you have showed us is very good and we have a very good impact.
I hope if strict action is taken against those HR team members else we'll (all campus placement students) use different media to let everyone know about this company.

Please help? I have given the interview at genpat company and got selected.i onboarded but didn't go on my first day and didn't work but at the end of the month they given me salary in my account. I didn't sign any bond with them.A man from company came to my home and told that salary aacidently given to you do not touch that money. the most important thing that freaking me out is that they send me warning letter which says i worked for 28 days.absolutly i didn't even step in that office.i think they will try to charge me training fees that's y they r playing dirty tactics.

It been two months and still the name change didnt reflect in my PF and even SGC services is not aware how much time it would take. Is this is the reason why Genpact have outsourced the services to SGC. Who is the appropriate person to contact if we are not satisfied with SGC?

Recently i have resigned and after resigning the next day i had gone out due to some urgent reasons and after that i joined office within a week when i came the management cancelled my resignation process as i have to join new job from next month its not possible for me to serve again 30 days of notice period .is ther any ways of leaving without absconding.please help me out .

hi, i am rohit soni.i am a bcom fresher. i went to genpact noida sec 135 for an interview in finance and accounts domain. my first managerial round was for r2r profile, the manager asked me 5 accounting questions and the basic hr questions.i answered all the questions correctly without any doubt, then also i got rejected and the reason given was lack of accounting knowledge, infact my communications skills were far better then him.This was really unfair and very unprofessional. next my hr mansi conduced another interview this time for p2p profile, in this particular interview i was asked about the accounts payable knowledge and basic hr question.i got rejected in this as well and reason was lack of accounting knowledge.like seriously she didnt ask a single accounting question and the reason she gave me was so not valid. i am not been able to understand their selection criteria, it was just so unfair with me, i wasnt given a fair chance this was my first interview and the experience was really frustating, also i am down with my confidence level for any further interview thankyou rohit soni [protected]@gmail.com [protected] hr name-mansi tanwar [protected]

I am very disappoint to write this email for hiring procedure in a leading mnc genpact.

I went for interview round in ganpact jaipur campus. After subsequent round of interviews, hr comments to come next day for next round of interview within the same campus. But when i went next day for final round of interview, manager refused to take interview as vacancy was already filled by someone. I have asked a simple question to manager, why you called for for next rounf of interview in next day, if you had already recruited a candidate on same position.

Request you to kindly look into the matter so that noone could face such type of behavior from leading mnc ganpact.

Hi i an employee of genpact i left the company and i m suffering frm depression and migrain doctor adviced me to not to work in night shifts and also in the calling process i told this thing to my HR management in wallsgreen process (divya HR) in uppal hyderabad.They told me they will be sending me the relieving letter by email but it had been 3 month from now i didnt even received my relieving letter by email.They are not responding my calls and other ways of contact.They unnecessarily absconded me by telling lie that we have a openings in wellsfargo with all those fake details. On 29th July-2013, I am surprised to receive recovery notice amount from S.S& Associates on behalf of Genpact India. I am not convince with the final settlement calculations as I belief Genpact India company has to give me Leave Encashment amount of 29, 986/- and relieving letter. It’s difficult to understand why my bonus which is my rightful amount and was rightly paid to me was under recovery letter. Genpact has paid this amount of bonus INR 77, 213 after deducting necessary TDS of INR15, 906 and had issued Form 16 accordingly. I have filed my IT return also after considering this as Income as per the FORM 16 and 26 AS. I worked for the full 2012 period to which the bonus relates to. I was moved to bench and I am not a resigned employee. So why I am not eligible for bonus when at the time of selection of movement to bench date I was convinced by my HR that my bonus will be rightfully given to me and bonus amount will remain unaffected by the decision of process movement. I didn't find any process suiting my requirement because of less opportunity and less co-operation. In the month of February I came to know that I am on my family way. So instead of claiming the maternity benefits I opted to move out, as I thought it will be unjust to a process that after joining for 6 months I will go on maternity leaves. I would have easily claimed maternity benefits by joining any process for the time being. I opted to move out after 3 months and exhibited my professionalism. Now it’s your turn to reciprocate the same and give me back my due leave encasement amount after necessary correction of recovery amount and relieving/experience letter as soon as possible. Hi Sir, This is Vijay Kumar from Hyderabad. I have attended for interview for finance process in genpact Hyderabad. I cleared 7 rounds of interview at genpact uppal. The HR Mr. Ratan([protected]) told me to come for the documentation and the documentation was done. And he told he send the letter of intent within few days, . The letter was provided to my email address. In the LOI it was mentioned 21st May 2014 is the joining date. On the same day i visited the office and waited for long time till evening. The HR team told that the name is not mentioned in the list and asked me to leave for the day. I did so. and he has promised me that he will call me again. I waited for 3 months and no call was made from the HR team. Finally one day i spoke to the HR, he told that documents were not correct. I told to HR that let me come to the office and clarify the doubt and he told that he will call me. Till today no phone call or no communication was done. I lost all the offers which i am having earlier. I am jobless. Because of HR team of genpact, i have spoiled my life and wanted to ... What a stupidity ?! Can anyone please help me out. Hi, I am working in Genpact for 6 months and I have grabbed a better opportunity.Now I have submitted my resignation. But the problem is my HR is not ready to relax my bond amount which is of 1 lakh amount. I haven't been provided any training and I haven't done so much of saving to pay such huge amount. Also I can't seek my family's help since my father is retired.Also the next company has asked my previous company's relieving letter. Please help me to get out of this trouble. I don't want to abscond since I want my relieving letter and avoid any future troubles like court notice or legal procedures.

I went to genpact interview office. the guard asked my educational qualification. I said I am 12th passed. he said we take only those people who have completed graduation. I said let me confirm it by receptionist inside but he did not allowed to enter inside. 6 months later I went there and they said me we allow The passed to give interview. meanwhile I took admission in engineering college having fees 70000 rupees. so I want concession of 70000+60000( salary of 7 months) = 150000.
