Genpact before calling to interviewee please allow interviewee for there bike parking facility inside. Main reason is if your security is soft or helping in nature then no problem but fact is they won't bother to suggest to the interviewee to park in wrong place at non parking area outside of your genpact building. I went for interview there is no two wheeler parking whoever going for attending the interviews, security won't allow to park inside as per rules of genpact, they will tell to park at non parking place, suddenly same day my bike and other bikes are trolled by police to traffic police station. That's really bad experience, i came out of interview due to that tense after long process of 6 hours of interview i came out of interview due to this tense. I took my bike back after hassles. Attitude of genpact security is highly bad and most neglected persons. Control this security who are merciless should control by management of genpact building otherwise rude hydera-bad-ies will attack them add some soft nature in them to handle softly with the professionals. Genpact should learn to give respect to the interviewee.

As you already know that my interview was held on 12th july and documentation was done on 19th of july 2018
On the day of my interview it was told to me that i would get joining on 27th of july.
I had very clearly told about my result awaited issue to all hr who took my interview. On the day of documentation aswell each thing was discussed, if there were issues it could have been told to me then.

I kept waiting more than a month for my joining formality. Finally it took place on 31st august.

I am getting no information and clarity about it.
Each week i am informed that it will be soughted next week.
Now genpact played with me as the manager of nab aseem says no place is left.

The hr team says to do night shift if this was case i don't understand why the hell did genpact gave me appointment letter..
Is this a joke for genpact.

I had definitely not expected this sought of response from a mnc company genpact.
The joining date changes day by day

1. On the day of interview: 27 july.
2. After 27 july : 5 august
3. Next date : 10 august
4. Next date : 13 august
5. Today : one more week.

Now this is something company needs to look upon.
A candidate gives the interview qualifes and is treated like a person who has no value for the company.

The only guiding line has been miss srishti, who has acted great support to me in this time period.

I am holding offers from company who ready to pay me higher and ready to give me immediate joining.
But do due my eagerness to join genpact, i have been waiting since so long..

I have waited from 12th of july till 31st august (1 month and 23 days being loyal towards genpact

Still i am waiting, i have to pay my own bills and since last two month i am at home only because of genpact.
I have the appointment letter from genpact still this the situation..

I am very sorry to inform if actions will not be taken against all ppl who misguided me. I will file case against all of them..

Genpact Headstrong Capital Market (D-4 Sec -59, Noida) spreads employees contact numbers to third party and others agencies. Employees are in great pain by receiving 20-30 calls and messages everyday. Genpact shares mobile numbers to other agencies to earn money on this. We get many calls from LIC, banks, credit cards, car loans, house loan, personal loan etc, even we are not interested on this.

Even it's a hard and fast restricted policy of Genpact not to share mobile numbers to anyone. They taught us on very first day of joining, but the same mistake Genpact do to earn money by spreading mobile numbers. Kindly take action and check Genpact terms and conditions on sharing mobile numbers to others. Register FIR even to such companies.

I have asked with some agencies from where they got my number, they say, they got numbers from your company Genpact, even they know our salary and full Name also.

We are really irritated a lot.

[protected]@genpact.com & prathuysha there is no response, i so many times mailed to bhuvaneswari but there is no response, genpact hrs are playing with our futures pls as soon as possible take any action

I am employee of GENPACT Noida sec 135. They forcefully called all o[censored]s today and when we said them that this is a national holiday then they were tell us leave the job. Kindly take a action sir as soon as possible.

We are here working approx 1000 employees and no one can tell for the holiday. Sir please take action on GENPACT.

My name is rahul kumar, i have given the telephonic round, typing test, pho even i get the offer letter also, during nho i have given all my documents and id card was prepared even my salary a/c has opened, then i get call from another hr and he said to me your joining is cancel, sorry for inconvenience, you can leave for the day.
From my point of view this is not right, i have left my previous job 1 month ago. Belhaf of iam joining genpact
And i was giving the interview from a month ago.
I was very disappointed, iam rejected it's no matter but matter is that after all process done then i was rejected without giving any reason, and from 1 month i didn't join any where because there is hope joining in genpact (One of the most reputed company).
So i want to say there is loss of my 1 month salary, this should be full fill, and i get new job even in another company by genpact
Also find the attachment for my offer latter provided by the company

Please take need full action as soon as possible

There is one person who occupies the space near plot 22A Genpact office and running an illegal parking business.

He charges Rs. 50/- per car for 12 hours. There is no official board which shows if it is legal parking authorized by Govt.

Even the charges of Rs. 50/- for 12 hour are also very high. I am not sure who is looking into this or from where the charges and authenticity can be confirm for this.

Hi all i would let you know that i[censored] are decided to join Genpact it may be wrong decision of you life as mutiple reason.

1. Salary is low (at least 25%) as compare to other same level work
2. If any party decided by AVP level (Like- birthday party) you need to contribute must
3.Every quarter take exam name PKT (min score-70%) and if you fail then chance of termination
4. As per Genpact Policy promotion period is pre-defined but they do when they like for example MT to AM promotion period is default 18 month but they do after this and when ask reason...multiple excuse . If employee delay any work then see they fire on it..

Sorry to say this company has worst management, they have appointed worst Managers too . my husband has been working here and because of cheap tantrums of Manager, he is facing hindrances in jobs and growth. if one process has completed they do not take their own responsibility to provide them to other process, they first take interview then gave them respective process . ok its fine this thing is in norms ...but i think COOPERATION OF MANAGERS AND HR is also their peak responsibilty. this complaint is just for one MANAGER whose name i couldnt wright as he take this also as revenge but you know MR. Currently working at genpact is the worst experience ever.. Some people here are so diplomatic and insensitive especially the process managers. At the time of nho we were told about the employees security and employees satisfaction but its more than 2 months now and i have been seriously fallen ill due to the careless attitude of managers towards me also theirs forceful greed of meeting sl without even caring about co worker's health. I was told that its a semi-tech process but from the date of production till now i am only taking back to back calls and nothing else and when i fall severely ill and took leave they issued me a cap letter mentioning that i do not informed them whereas i already informed them and also gave them my medical the same day but my manager rejected it. I told my manager that i will complete my login hours by working on sundays but instead my manager threatened me that its better that i leave the job. Right now i have been issued a cap letter, cannot have appraisals and promotions and even cannot go for internal job posting as well, the reason stated to me was that i took unplanned leave (They rejected my medical).. What kind o[censored]nfair practice is that.

I'm vivek kundra hired from campus placement, and the way we are treated in last two times is way worse than applying for a peon job.
I live in dwarka and your management team called me twice and as it took 2-3 hours for me to come to your noida sec-135 office, we are called there and then they make us wait 4-5 hours and then they say we are sorry we'll be having a telephonic round, second time they called and said we are having managerial round again I went to your office and same thing happened.
GENERATING IMPACT- I think the professionalism you have showed us is very good and we have a very good impact.
I hope if strict action is taken against those HR team members else we'll (all campus placement students) use different media to let everyone know about this company.

Hello sir,
I have served the company with utmost dedication and resigned on 3rd march, 2016 and served the last day on 16th april, 2016.
I have yet not received my relieving letter. Despite calling and mailing repeatedly to my manager (Ratnamala madugula unicy, google account recovery process, hyderabad). I have mba admission pending at indian institute of management without the letter. The management has made no efforts in the issue and have been toiling with vague answers. All my company identification cards have been submitted already. There is no clarity on full and final settlement as well. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Please help? I have given the interview at genpat company and got selected.i onboarded but didn't go on my first day and didn't work but at the end of the month they given me salary in my account. I didn't sign any bond with them.A man from company came to my home and told that salary aacidently given to you do not touch that money. the most important thing that freaking me out is that they send me warning letter which says i worked for 28 days.absolutly i didn't even step in that office.i think they will try to charge me training fees that's y they r playing dirty tactics.

It been two months and still the name change didnt reflect in my PF and even SGC services is not aware how much time it would take. Is this is the reason why Genpact have outsourced the services to SGC. Who is the appropriate person to contact if we are not satisfied with SGC?

Recently i have resigned and after resigning the next day i had gone out due to some urgent reasons and after that i joined office within a week when i came the management cancelled my resignation process as i have to join new job from next month its not possible for me to serve again 30 days of notice period .is ther any ways of leaving without absconding.please help me out .

hi, i am rohit soni.i am a bcom fresher. i went to genpact noida sec 135 for an interview in finance and accounts domain. my first managerial round was for r2r profile, the manager asked me 5 accounting questions and the basic hr questions.i answered all the questions correctly without any doubt, then also i got rejected and the reason given was lack of accounting knowledge, infact my communications skills were far better then him.This was really unfair and very unprofessional. next my hr mansi conduced another interview this time for p2p profile, in this particular interview i was asked about the accounts payable knowledge and basic hr question.i got rejected in this as well and reason was lack of accounting knowledge.like seriously she didnt ask a single accounting question and the reason she gave me was so not valid. i am not been able to understand their selection criteria, it was just so unfair with me, i wasnt given a fair chance this was my first interview and the experience was really frustating, also i am down with my confidence level for any further interview thankyou rohit soni [protected]@gmail.com [protected] hr name-mansi tanwar [protected]

I am very disappoint to write this email for hiring procedure in a leading mnc genpact.

I went for interview round in ganpact jaipur campus. After subsequent round of interviews, hr comments to come next day for next round of interview within the same campus. But when i went next day for final round of interview, manager refused to take interview as vacancy was already filled by someone. I have asked a simple question to manager, why you called for for next rounf of interview in next day, if you had already recruited a candidate on same position.

Request you to kindly look into the matter so that noone could face such type of behavior from leading mnc ganpact.
