Morpheus human consulting has collected an amount of protected in the name of franchise fees.in this we worked as 3rd party where we support mhc in proving candidates for job openings, as per terms mhc supposed to pay protected% of the month salary o[censored]s. But in last one year we joined 3 candidates and the companies has paid the amount to mhc but now founder has drafted mail to us stating the company is in bankruptcy but we can their is nothing like that, but we came to find out from a different franchise owner that founder kailash does this with everyone just to make money. I just went and spend big amount against opening a new office paying salary to staff, but end of the day when it is time to get the earned amount. We understand the company is a fraud. Who just do this to make money. These kind of company should be punished and even who are their business development managers, in my case vijesh (Protected) and they should be behind bars. Just to pay with someones carrier. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.

Updated by ashutoshrahul Find the kind of mail Kailash writes so, but he dosen't understand the other owner's condition who just invested and started work on their behalf .. why to play with someone else money and future.

After asking money he reply's sentimental messages.

Delivery date- 9th oct.2019
Still not delivered,
Its humble request to help me i.e. in getting cheated by DTDC service
Already I done complain against the courier company but still have no solution
I send urgent courier by DTDC service on 9th oct 2019. Agent of DTDC courier Mr.Dileet Singh his contact no.is [protected] ensured me it will be delivered within 2days and he took extra money @1200 for courier, .but still not delivered today 13 Oct.2019.
Now I got a msg from DTDC that my parcel was delivered in Benglour what is going on with customers...Plzz help me n delivered it right address.ASAP

I am abhishek agarwal. I had paid over rs 40, 000 as franchisee fee for this company. I was told by their marketing agent nipa that if i work diligently the payout is expected before 3 months. I kept working for the positions shared by them. I kept submitting cvs for various positions to the company and i ensured that the cvs were of the brightest of the candidates. I shared around 50 cvs in around 3 months but none of them were selected...

Now i told them to restart the franchi
see but now they are saying my franchisee became null & void they are neglecting to refund my amount. Today i send them requesting mail to restart the Franchisee but they are saying as per the agreement we have given the money to vendors now the vendors are not returning back thats why they cant able to give back my money but at the time of agreement of the franchisee they didnot mention any thing...

These guys have a small office in Andheri, Mumbai and claim to have office in Dynasty Business Park and Sagar Palazio Complex. MHC will kill your career. MHC is a cheating company. MHC is very known for this kind of activity. I sincerely advice any new joiners joining MHC. It will put your further career in risk. Mine is a classic example. I joined MHC in some 2008 as consultant & after understood that its totally a hype and nothing happening, I quit MHC very the same year-2008.

But to my surprise my name is always shown in their consultants list...

I AM A BUSINESS PARTNER(FRANCHISEE) OF THIS COMPANY & THEY HAD TERMINATED MY ONE YEAR CONTRACT(ENDING ON 28TH NOV 2011 WITHOUT ANY NOTICE & ATOP THAT THE MANAGING DIRECTOR KAILASH SAHANI ([protected])CALLS UP AT 10pm at NIGHT AND USES ABUSIVE LANGUAGES.PLUS HE IS SENDING THREATENING MESSAGES.

MHC will kill your career. MHC is a cheating company. MHC is very known for this kind of activity. I sincerely advice any new joiners joining MHC. It will put your further career in risk. Mine is a classic example. I joined MHC in some 2008 as consultant & after understood that its totally a hype and nothing happening, I quit MHC very the same year-2008.

But to my surprise my name is always shown in their consultants list whenever I see their web-page. I have given enough complaints to one Miss. Pratchi, who was my so concerned person there. I called them, written mails hundreds of times. They literally say "[censored] off, you don't have any rights to complain about MHC database & we wont remove your name unless we feel to do so"

To my sad, I was recently fired at my Job without any proper reason, later I came to know from my HR that, due to I am participating in other activities & doing parallel jobs, and it is against the employment agreement I was fired. When my HR searched Google, I was on the MHC Consultant List & that made my life hell. Its been 2 months I am jobless.

So guys, currently working with MHC & who are planning to join kindly withdraw your interest there, its a better advice for your career. Please... MHC is killer shark of your career...
MHC & Kailash Shahani, this is for you: Its better now you understand the others career and value them. Earn respect for you personally & as well as a organization. Update your database and remove whoever is not associated with you now... At least save few others career...http://www.mhcsms.com/hyderabad.htm... this is a example page you have without any links in your web-page still exists on your server... I believe none of them are now associated with you now... catch my point?
