Morpheus human consulting has collected an amount of protected in the name of franchise fees.in this we worked as 3rd party where we support mhc in proving candidates for job openings, as per terms mhc supposed to pay protected% of the month salary o[censored]s. But in last one year we joined 3 candidates and the companies has paid the amount to mhc but now founder has drafted mail to us stating the company is in bankruptcy but we can their is nothing like that, but we came to find out from a different franchise owner that founder kailash does this with everyone just to make money. I just went and spend big amount against opening a new office paying salary to staff, but end of the day when it is time to get the earned amount. We understand the company is a fraud. Who just do this to make money. These kind of company should be punished and even who are their business development managers, in my case vijesh (Protected) and they should be behind bars. Just to pay with someones carrier. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.

Subject: legal notice for asking illegal termination and holding payment

Under the instructions received from my clients mr. Hemant hingmire i hereby serve you with the following legal notice.
My client states and submits that my client entered into franchisee agreement with you dated 20th september 2013 (By hemant hingmire) for providing services as recruitment business partner by payment of life time franchisee fees of rs. 80000/- + taxes and even after completion of one year renewal agreement is also done on 20th september, 2014. (By snehal hingmire)
My client further states and submits that inspite of life time franchisee and renewal agreement and payment of talent now id fees of rs. 4700/- access to portal is deactivated from last 4 months and for the same till date no one answered even though it is clearly mentioned in the agreement that all the changes will be done in writing.
My client further states and submits that he is doing follow up for the pending payment of rs. 23, 425/- (Inclusive of interest) from last 4 months and no reply till date received from your end for holding payment without any reason.
My client further states and submits that he is surprised by suddenly receiving mail on 10th february 2015 from [protected]@mhc.co.in asking to come for the discussion of termination of agreement. As my client not understood the basic fact that when there is life time franchisee where the matter comes for termination.

My client further states and submits that under the clause obligations / roles & responsibilities of franchisor of the agreement it is clearly mentioned that “the franchisor shall ensure that all payments due to the franchisee are made within a period of 30 days of the invoice being raised on the franchisor by the franchisee.” in spite of this the payment not done without any reason”.

My client states and submits that he is the only earning member of the family and invested and devoted all his time and money to this franchisee and the act of morpheus that not to provide satisfactory work orders, holding the payment of franchisee, no communication regarding the same, deactivate access to portal is unprofessional and frustrating for the person who is completely depend on it to support his livelihood. This act of morpheus is completely illegal and hence not acceptable.

My client also states and submits that he has invested rs. 80000/- + taxes to take this franchisee by taking personal loan from bank and he is still paying the bank installment for the same.

My client states and submits that he has no option than to send a legal notice to you asking for all his payment which he suffered due to this franchisee business and the total amount is rs. 1, 11, 849/-

I, therefore, call upon you that after receiving the copy of this notice, release the dues mentioned above immediately. Failing which my clients shall constrained to initiate the appropriate civil and criminal proceedings against you at your entire risks as to the costs and consequences thereof.

I am abhishek agarwal. I had paid over rs 40, 000 as franchisee fee for this company. I was told by their marketing agent nipa that if i work diligently the payout is expected before 3 months. I kept working for the positions shared by them. I kept submitting cvs for various positions to the company and i ensured that the cvs were of the brightest of the candidates. I shared around 50 cvs in around 3 months but none of them were selected...

MHC will kill your career. MHC is a cheating company. MHC is very known for this kind of activity. I sincerely advice any new joiners joining MHC. It will put your further career in risk. Mine is a classic example. I joined MHC in some 2008 as consultant & after understood that its totally a hype and nothing happening, I quit MHC very the same year-2008.

But to my surprise my name is always shown in their consultants list...
