I had negotiation with Genpact HR for the Noida location on 19th Nov 2024 via Zoom link and as per the discussion they provide me certain compnsation breakup of around 13.5LPA including 10 % variable and 75K as Joining bonus plus 15 days hotel relocation and for the travel relocation (Flight) they will check and confirm. I have asked for there time for confirmation, on 20/09/2024 i tried connecting with both the HR team member non of them responded. I dropped the mail on 21/09/2024 stating that I am ok with the package and required clarification of the relocation benefit, since the team was on leave they connect with me on 30/12/2024. On call with the HR she again discussed on my salary and this time she just said no she can provide me 13.5, instead she will provide me around 12LPA including the 10% variable.
They totally changed the discussion stating that no they are not getting approval now, Worst Worst experience i have got with the team. they are not even providing 10% hike plus changed whole earlier discussion and stating that i came up late so they cant proceed.
Seriously i came up late, within 2days in mail u that i am ready for the joining and now ur changing the terms we discussed earlier.
I really want to join organisation but the HR nego making me hard to do so.
