Genpact — Did not get the offer letter after the almost 2 months of interview

Dear Genpact HR Team,

My name is Anshul, and I was selected for the AML/KYC position on January 3rd, 2025. Since then, I have been in contact with Mr. Achleshwar and Ms. Nisha Chauhan, who informed me that I would receive my offer letter by the last week of January. However, despite multiple follow-ups through calls and messages, I have not yet received any offer letter or further communication.

I understand that internal processes may take time, but the lack of clarity and delayed response has caused significant stress and affected my mental well-being. I kindly request the HR team to look into this matter and provide an update on the status of my offer letter at the earliest.

I sincerely hope for a prompt resolution and clear communication regarding the next steps.
