Genpact — I haven't received relieving letter and F&F settlement for a very very long time

I have been waiting for relieving and experience letter for a very long time and HR is absolutely non responsive for the closure and they haven't even givenfull and final settlement of my salary. HR is saying it needs to go through multiple approvals and all. But it's been really really very long time now and it seems difficult now to get the closure.
