I am Ex Employee (OHR ID:[protected] of Genpact served my tenure during the period Dec 2009 to FEB 2013 with multiple PF Account (Old Not UAN). Later due to my family personal issues i have reached out to Genpact Helpdesk in the year 2019. They have told to contact to PF Helpdesk of Genpact. But the Helpdesk team is not responding and didn't help on my settlement. Finally, I went to Genpact "Habsiguda" branch to meet the HR and to get settle the PF amount which is existing during my tenure of 2009 and 2013. But the security people didn't allow me to enter, asked to contact HR. We have no contact No to contact HR, then again told to me to reach out on email. I have sent couple of emails to ro.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in
I have called many times to HR helpdesk and sent follow-up emails. but didn't receive any update, till the date. I need to withdraw the complete available amount with Genpact.
Note: I have rejoined Genpact in NOV 2016 and relieved early due to project close.
