Genpact — Provident Fund Transfer

In year 2017 Genapct has changed its Name from Genpact Services LLC to Genpact India Private Limited, i have joined in June 2016 and exit December 2018, my PF from July 2016 to Jan 2017 has been transferred but after name change somewhere in Feb 2017 it didnt got transferred and also the service history also not visible in PF portal, i have been following up with the SGS service (who takes care of PF) from last 2 years, but they are only talking about Old Genpact name but they are not talking about New Genpact name.
