Genpact — Regarding my experience letter for apprentice period

My OHR ID[protected] name ARVIND KUMAR SINGH location NOIDA SEAVIEW Process SANTANDER I have completed my apprentice period of 15 months i have been asked to not work on production but not recieved any call or update by HR I need my experience for apprentice period and my salary is also not credited for extra one month I worked, please look into this issue and help as it is not expected by such a company to resolve this matter
