Genpact — Unable to submit profile for hr payroll vacancy at genpact

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered while applying for the HR Payroll vacancy at Genpact. Despite filling in all the required details accurately multiple times (more than 50 attempts), I am unable to successfully submit my profile. Each time I complete the application process, I receive an error message stating:

"No items correspond to the specified criteria. Please select other criteria."

As a result, my profile remains unsubmitted, and I am unable to complete the application process.

I have ensured that all fields are correctly filled and have attempted this process across different devices and browsers to eliminate any technical glitches from my side. Unfortunately, the issue persists.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter at the earliest, as I am keen on applying for this opportunity. Please let me know if there is any additional information you need from my side or if there is an alternative way to submit my application.
