Genpact — Unlawful recovery of joining bonus and no response from HR team after multiple follow up

There is a 200000 Rs joining bonus showing as recoverable in no due form. I have joined Genpact on[protected] and already completed 12 months as per conditions in the bonus letter. Still I have been asked to pay Rs.200000/-.

I have raised this issue to Exit manager and HR on 22-Jan-2024. Its been almost 3 week but i have not received any resolution yet. Every time I am getting different ETA while following up on the email. I have already shared all the required document and letters to HR and Exit team already.
