I joined Genpact at Jaipur on April 14, 2021. At the time of my application and during the onboarding process, I had clearly disclosed my physical disability by selecting the 'Handicapped' option in the joining forms. Despite this full disclosure, the company proceeded with my selection and hiring.
However, after only four months of service, I was pressured and forced to resign. The reason explicitly stated to me by the management was my physical disability. This is a clear case of workplace discrimination and a violation of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act.
The Impact of This Action:
* Financial Distress: Based on the offer from Genpact, I resigned from my previous stable job. Being forced out of Genpact has left me unemployed and in a severe financial crisis. I am currently burdened with heavy debt.
* Physical and Mental Health: The stress and financial instability caused by this incident have led to a decline in my physical health and mental well-being.
* Loss of Livelihood: I am currently in a position where I have no source of income and am struggling for basic survival, a situation that would not have arisen had I not been unfairly targeted by the company.
Genpact is directly responsible for my current state o[censored]nemployment and financial ruin. I am seeking fair compensation for the damages, lost wages, and the mental agony I have suffered due to this discriminatory dismissal.
I request you to look into this matter with urgency and provide me with the justice and compensation I deserve.
