[Resolved]  Geox Shoes — Impossible to get a RAN number to return a product

I have tried at least 11 times to follow instructions on the Geox website as to how to get a RAN number which is necessary before I can return a product. The Geox website has clear and complex instructions on how to return a product. Unfortunately, for the customer, the returns section of the web site does not respond. Following instructions I have tried to log on to 'my account' . Each time the web site sends me to the shopping page. I have emailed customer services and have not received a response. Apparently there is an EU directive for long distance sales which I will have to try especially as I have to return the product within 14 days.

I too am having exactly the same problem. The annoying thing is, there was no outward sign on their website to indicate that you are dealing with a company based in Italy and that returns would have to go back to Italy. It is proving impossible to get the required RAN that you need. Also their instructions on how to obtain it are conflicting. I have tried all the ways suggested and none of the 3 are working.
UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY CONFIDENT THAT WHATEVER YOU ARE PURCHASING YOU WILL BE KEEPING, MY ADVICE IS DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
