I have tried at least 11 times to follow instructions on the Geox website as to how to get a RAN number which is necessary before I can return a product. The Geox website has clear and complex instructions on how to return a product. Unfortunately, for the customer, the returns section of the web site does not respond. Following instructions I have tried to log on to 'my account' . Each time the web site sends me to the shopping page. I have emailed customer services and have not received a response.
Apparently there is an EU directive for long distance sales which I will have to try especially as I have to return the product within 14 days. Was this information helpful? |
