Geox Shoes — Order number[protected]

I purchased school shoes for my son by the end of May which I returned 2 days later via UPS within the Geox return policies!
Till today, the 1st of September I am fighting to get my money returned. I am treated like a stupid child in the email correspondence by the Geox customer service: excuses over excuses and apologies for the process taking so long; the most recent excuse from today is: the returned good would still be with UPS in transit! Months later! Don't know how but at the end of the day this is not my problem!
I returned the item and therefore I am eligible to get my money back!
