We booked for manali shimla kullu package from this disgusting site http://www.himachaltourpackage.org/ they cheated us. Will never book by this any more and please will say to everyone don't go from getway india. Worst experience. Waste of money. Waste of time. Very bad and worst experience.
We found worst hotel in manali, guys request you please never stay in this hotel. Very bad rooms/ room service & worst food. We stayed here in 2nd week of june`17 for two 3 days. Food quality is very bad (We have to tasteless & raw vegetables during my stay due to it was already included in my package) and having hopeless & confused service staff. Only for multiple request they provide soap, toilet paper, towel, etc, there is no pre arrangements. Rooms are badly smell & near around area is not clean. We have made many request to hotel owner, still he did not improve quality of food during my whole stay, in place of providing good service after complained, hotel owner & staff argued/ behaved with us in very bad manner & they were ready to quarreled with us. Over all it was painful with stress imprisonment for me & my family members along with my entire group with same feedback. Was this information helpful? |
