This the humble request latter from all the resident of 11/70, Sada Shiv Homes, Sector 03, Rajendra Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, 201005. As you are aware that we had communicated so many times through the phone call, message regarding the continuous nuisance noise, Building Cracks, Tremors in building due to heavyweight equipment installed in the UG floor of building for commercial use purpose.
Please shift the heavyweight equipment of Gym immediately to maintained peace of harmony of the all resident of 11/70, who lived above.
This is really taking toll on the life of all resident, specially children elderly and women for making their lives miserable. We all are feeling very unsafe for any type of potential unforeseen casualties.
Please consider this letter as pre-legal notice for further course of actions.
We hope you will take actions to fix the issue on immediate basis to avoid forcing us to take any legal recourse on this matter.

Building construction waste have been dumped on public road in this should be fined and strict action should be taken on the responsible person as it creates lot of dust and pollution for the commuters

I am residing Block C, Swarn jaynti puram, Govind puram, GZB,
There are many street dogs in our locality, now we have been facing the problem that the dogs have started attacking passersby, people passing on bikes, and even children who are playing in the locality.

Started biting bikes & scooty seat cover, shoes, chappal and foot mat

I request you to please look into this matter and take immediate action...

Issue: A big tree is full of insects like mealybugs, etc. This tree is causing problems because all mealybug and other insects are entering inside our house and it is getting very difficult for us to manage.

So it is my humble request to you that please come over in our area and carry out some solution for the same. Request you to kindly reduce the tree branches as well.

Dear Sir,

These people know the difficulties they are facing. It is summer time, in such a situation there is a problem of mosquitoes, due to which the risk of this disease can increase.
So please pay attention to this. and get rid of it.

Few days back there was a news that people will have to clean their plots if not any construction. Plot number AE-177 Avantika colony if full of garbage causing serious issues. Please work to either clean the plot or send notice to owner.

This is to inform you that there is big pot hole since between Shipra krishna Vista and Jaipuria Sunrise society (Road Dr. Sushila Naiyar Marg) where speed breaker placed which is daily causing accidents and can we life threatening also. Need your kind assistance to do the needful.

There is an illegal construction done by Mr. Yadav. Address of GDA MIG Flat is F 28 A, First Floor, MIG, SECTOR 11, PRATAP VIHAR, GHAZIABAD, UP, PIN CODE 201009. LANDMARK - SECTOR 11 MOTHER DAIRY PRATAP VIHAR.

Mr Yadav is done an illegal construction and he has broken the entrance yellow gate of the lane. Mr. Yadav has done illegal construction of 2nd floor.

we noticed in whole day lights are ON however at night lights are OFF. This condition is getting worse and worse. All this problem is happening due to saver jam in Milak Village and its surrounding area. That's a lot of shops. And the condition of the road is so bad that the entire RCC road is collapsing. The half wheels of the car are getting completely submerged.

Please come here once and see the condition here. I am attaching some photos so that you can get some idea. Please kindly solve it as soon as possible.

I would like to bring attention of respected authority about depleted condition of Swarn Jayanti Park of Indirapuram Ghaziabad

Once upon a time, Swarn Jayanti Park used to be a beautiful place. Where everyone used to visit and spend their leisure time with family. It was favorite place for all joggers, Senior citizen, Kids & family but now, those days are gone.

Condition of this park is pathetic. It looks like an abandoned place. Swarn Jayanti Park is the only park in Indirapuram where approx. 4 Lakhs people live.

There is no area/good park where people can spend quality time, go for jogging and do Yoga etc, This park does not look like park. Now. It appears like an abandoned place where drug addict, street dogs and uncivilized love birds/couple stroll all the time.

Infact, All Parks in Indirapuram are in pathetic condition. Especially, Swarn Jayanti Park - It is not maintained at all.
Plants are dried up, No greenery. No Drinking water, Toilets are non-functional. No cleaning at all.
It looks like an abandoned park. as If there is no caretaker.

It is my humble request.to authorities to please do something about it and help to make a better place for resident of Indirapuram.

In spite of my many complaints G.D.A. No steps are being taken by the Here (Shalf Ved Vihar Near Abhinandan Society) it is becoming impossible for pedestrians to come and go. Please find a permanent solution to the sewer problem here.

It is a humble request to you that near Ved Vihar (Near Shankar Vihar Auto Stand Bhadana Builder) two sewers (next to Building No. A-104 and A-105) are continuously water coming out because a few days ago in front of Royal Garden The water on this side was closed, because some service was probably being done, due to which blockage has happened due to which the water is overflowing.

Please solve it soon.

[आपसे सविनय निवेदन है की वेद विहार ( नियर शंकर विहार ऑटो स्टैंड भड़ाना बिल्डर ) के पास से दो सीवर ( बिल्डिंग नंबर A-१०४ एंड A-१०५ के आगे ) से लगातार पानी निकल रहा है क्युकी कुछ दिन पहले रॉयल गार्डन के आगे से इस साइड का पानी बंद कर दिया गया था, क्युकी शायद कुछ सर्विस हो रही थी जिसकी वजह से ब्लॉकेज हो गई है जिससे पानी ओवरफ्लो हो रहा है.

कृपया जल्द ही इसका समाधान करे. ]

As I had complained earlier also that there is a sewer problem here and now again water has started coming out of the sewer, due to which the passers-by are facing a lot of trouble. So please solve the solar problem as soon as possible.

The lady staying in first floor of Plot no. 260 Sector 5 is feeding every day 4-5 street dogs. So once when some one walk past the said building the dogs bark menacingly and come to bite. When asked, the lady says it's not her dog/s but street dogs and accepts that she feeds them. And advises us to contact GDA if you face some problem. Can GDA help relocate these street dogs.
