Sub: complaint against illegal and unauthorized construction by flat owner/ occupants in 501, top floor, shalimar garden main ext1, sahibabad ghaziabad 201005.

Dear sir,
We are constant to make a complaint against the illegal and unauthorized construction by flat owners/ occupants at the top floor.

The occupants of the top floor have enchased in common area which is meeting to various amenities. Even we do not have any space or options to look after our water tanks and disc antenna, which was situated on the top floor. Even they never ask for our agreement.

Beside the illegal and unauthorized construction which is made of poor quality and poor workmanship is dangerous to safety and security o[censored]s.

The following flats owners made this unauthorized construction.
1. Md. Javed
2. Newton
3. Rajesh ruduola

Kindly take necessary and immediate action against illegal construction which is still been carried on.

I have also interrogated by gda officials but no action has been taken till now, possibly some bribe is given by md. Javed.
