Ghaziabad Development Authority [GDA] — construction going on forever: gulmohur greens society, mohan nagar

Dear sir/madam,
I am living in gulmohur greens society, katori mill, mohan nagar, ghaziabad for almost 5 years.
Construction work in the society has been going on forever and the builder does not seem to have any intent to complete it for next 10 years at least. There are approx 900 families already staying in the society and paying electricity charges @construction rate.
Standard of maintenance is far far from satisfactory in the society. It is being maintained by the builder as the construction is not yet complete.
It is requested that the builder be prevailed upon to handover the maintenance of completed part of the society to the elected members of the aoa.
