Ghaziabad Development Authority [GDA] — illegal construction on third floor of plot no. 7/8, iii/e, nehru nagar, ghaziabad (up)

Respected sir,
We would like to draw your kind attention on the above subjected matter as under:
1. That illegal construction has been done on the third floor of the above said plot without taking/passing the map with the appropriate authority. While as per gda bylaws ground floor, first floor & second floor can be constructed by the owner of any plot. But this construction is unlawful in the eyes of gda
2. That the construction done on the third floor is hostile & harmful for the neighbours & for the families residing on the ground, first & second floor itself. So we humbly request you to look into the matter urgently & take the necessary action for this unlawful & illegal construction on third floor of plot no. 7/8, iii/e, nehru nagar, ghaziabad (Up).
